She also pointed out a Granet remint that was perfect for one of our small spaces, this saved us money. They did on site measuring and the pieces fit perfectly during install. would recommend solid surfaces.”

Mike and his team were very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. With an initial consultation at our home, they got to know us and our style. Heather, our designer, then created a layout that put our vision on paper. She is very knowledgeable, always listening to be sure the design was meeting our goals, while expertly guiding us through the many product choices, colors, and features that we didn’t know were even possibilities. The final plan was then implemented by Alan, who clearly is a very talented and knowledgeable craftsman. His attention to detail and the quality of work was outstanding. Another positive aspect was Empire’s coordination with the flooring contractors, working around schedules as needed to get the job completed. “We went into North American Stone to view countertops. It turns out we live way too far out of their service area. Kriss was amazing!!! Even though we wouldn’t be able to use them she showed us slabs so we could see some in person and pointed out the difference between polished and leather. I showed her a picture on my phone of a stone I loved and she provided some guidance about how to try to find it. This sort of experience is hard to come by. I wish we weren’t so far away. I would have been happy to work with them.”
