I was shopping for a new Stearns & Foster king-size Ultra Firm mattress, and Michelle was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful from beginning to end. She took the time to explain all of the details about the mattress, including its construction, firmness, comfort, quality, and what made it different from other options. She never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision.
What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable Michelle was about the products. She was able to answer all of my questions clearly and thoroughly, and she made sure I understood exactly what I was purchasing before moving forward. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, while still giving me all the important information I needed to make an informed decision.
Michelle also showed a great deal of patience throughout the entire process. Mattress shopping can be overwhelming, especially when you’re trying to determine which mattress is going to be the right fit for you, but she made the experience comfortable and stress-free.
