“Whenever you buy furniture, you figure that a year later, whatever happens to it is on you to take care of. The Rustic Loft is different. They are invested in their products which are amazing and well built. If a leg comes loose or even accidentally breaks or a seat loosens with usual wear and tear, they are happy to fix it for you at no charge to you. Customer service is the key to any business and theirs is tops in my mind. The owner Leo together with his staff who always seem to be family run a consumer, friendly business, and I continue to highly recommend them.”

“After calling around many different table pad companies, this company had the best price and from the reviews I read, the best quality work. I wanted to gift a table pad for my parents for Christmas and I had called a couple weeks in advance, but unfortunately, they said they probably would not receive it until closer to January. I still went ahead and ordered it and figured I would just give them a card with a picture of it on Christmas morning. To my surprise, I received the table last week, a whole week before Christmas! I spoke with Mitchell on the phone. His customer service was above and beyond if anyone is considering giving this company your business, I highly suggest it! “Local store with some quaint, sometimes whimsical decorative pieces for the home. The name suggests that some items have a farmhouse look, but you will find there are items suitable for any design you may have in your home, and they have unique holiday items with fair prices. You will find vases, candle holders, and flickering candles, all having good quality. The staff is helpful and pleasant. You will always have a good shopping experience. Many of the figures on my mantle were purchased here, including the candles and the taper wreaths with snow.”
