“Christopher Ferrara was an incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating representative at the Verizon store. He helped us select two phones, transferred all the data from the old ones, set all the appropriate buttons, got us the appropriate charges, screens and phone protectors, etc — all in less than 30 minutes. He answered all the questions we had and was very patient with me and my wife. We are elderly and not that tech saavy so we really appreciated his patience. “I was having problems with my old iPhone 10 after 7 years. I went locally to the Verizon in Long Beach NY. They couldn’t be better. Walked out with 2 new iPhones with accessories and a new better plan. More recently I turned in my old phone for the rebate. They transferred all my old files and apps. Made sure everything was working correctly. Erased my files from the old phone. I had avoided upgrading sooner because I was worried about losing stuff. Not to worry . They were great! Highly recommend them with pleasure!”

“Every time I have to visit ' U Break I Fix ' I encounter great servicevpeople who are so knowledgeable , efficient and willing to help w any problem - on the spot. If the issue can be fixed while you wait, they will complete your repair. I am very impressed when I happen to be inside the store waiting and other customers come in with complicated problems.
