“I had a really good experience here! I was honestly a little skeptical about going to other gold places, so I decided to come here because I saw that they had really good reviews. And the reviews were definitely true! The lady who helped me was so nice and made me feel comfortable. She gave me a really good price and the whole service was great. I’ll definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend.”
“Gem pawn brokers in Valley Strem is the utmost and most professional operation I’ve dealt with in the pawn industry. For a matter of fact, in any industry, they are the most professional that I have been in contact with. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and look out for the community and help you in times of need. I can’t say enough about Latisha she went above and beyond for me. And I know she would do the same for any customer that walked through that door. I have been doing business with them for over a decade now and have never had a bad experience. I actually enjoy seeing the workers there because their energy is so positive. I highly recommend you give them a visit if you have anything you need to sell or pawn.”
“Customer service was exceptional! Came in to sell my iPhone, they were respectful, quick, and completed my sale without any complications. Will definitely be back for sales/purchases in the future.”
“Great people and very helpful. I would recommend anyone to go to them for anything you need. Kevin and his associates are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful and understanding. Please pay this place a visit.”
“I highly recommend bringing your coins here. Jeff the owner is efficient, professional and honest. I took my coins to other coin dealers to compare the money he was offering me for the coins. I went to him twice and he beat competitors by up to 20 percent”
“OMG!! My first experience at Royal Gold Buyers was AMAZING! Raj the owner, is so courteous and personable - he explains and answers questions thoroughly with professionalism and patience! I told Raj that I was pricing my jewelry at different locations and he responded “you’ll be back because I pay the most for items being sold than anywhere else.” EVERY other location I went to that day weren’t even offering half of what he quoted me - I was shocked!! When I returned to RGB he smiled and said “I knew I’d be seeing you again!” LOL When I think of all the money I’ve lost selling to other stores!! This truly is the best, most honest and highest paying place to sell your jewelry and other valuables. This is the only place I’ll ever entrust the value of my jewelry!! I’m on my second visit!! LOL”
“I met with Jeffrey and I highly recommend his expertise to anyone looking to sell gold and silver jewelry. He was knowledgable and was willing to spend time answering all my questions.”

“I just want to take a moment to thank Harley over at Major Pawn. Over the years, he’s always been kind, respectful, and real with me and my family. I never once felt like he was trying to get over on me when I brought my gold in that means everything.
Good people are hard to come by, and he’s definitely one of them. If you’re ever looking for a pawn shop, make sure you ask for Harley at Major Pawn. You’ll be in good hands.”
