“I’ve been coming here for years this review is long overdue. I started playing airsoft here years ago. Shaq, the owner is an awesome guy, any time I have a problem with my airsoft gun, he and Rich the main tech are always able to help. And if something is not worth the money, they will tell you no question. They have everything from your basic m4 rifles to bolt action snipers and everything in between. Not to mention the accessories like optics and grips as well. Their field is so much fun as well refs are awesome and make sure everyone has a good time. Definately recommend for new and experienced players. If you’re new check out the starter bundles they have defibately worth a look. Shout out to Shaq, Rich and everyone there!”
“The people here are great, especially Vinny! Went in yesterday with my young daughter who was unfortunately having a tough time and emotional unless I was holding her. Vinny was beyond patient as I was helping her calm down and helped me get the pair of shoes I wanted and was smiling and friendly the whole time. Haven’t had as good of an experience from a salesman in a store in a long, long time. (He did beat me today in a half marathon though so minus 5% haha)”

“A few days after purchasing an item through their website, I received a telephone call from Sports Depot stating that they did not have the item in stock, an older model of Russell youth football pants. They had the same pant in a size small and size large, but I needed a size medium. After requesting a refund to my credit card, the gentleman with whom I was speaking (possibly the manager/owner) asked me if I want the smaller and larger sized pants free of charge. I was surprised to say the least. The gentleman agreed to credit my account and send me two pair of youth football pants. He didn't have to do that. While it was a brief phone call, it was proof to me that their are definitely some customer service-oriented businesses still out there. It was my first experience with Sports Depot, but I fully intend to reach out to the company if I need to make a sporting goods purchase in the future. Thank you Sports Depot.”
“Very very happy and satisfied with this shop!Shop owner very helpful and knowledgeable I found out a few tips on knife carry in the New York region and we ended up sharing some stories for a good 20min.Point of my story I went there to get a knife tool to fix and adjust my knives I have and she ended up actually giving me the Kershaw tool for free and I never even paid anything!Being kershaw is also 1 of the best in the game and highly recommend going to their store to support and check it out !!!Thank you so much Geri! ?”

“A year ago, my daughter learned to dive through Scuba Network LI. I refreshed my dormant diving skills as well. We also needed guidance with equipment purchases and dive site recommendations. Together, we continued our diving education with Scuba Network LI, recently earning our Rescue Diver certifications.
From the first phone inquiry, we’ve been welcomed, expertly guided and treated like family. Since then, we have been diving with Steve, Martha, Dan and their cadre of caring, knowledgeable and friendly dive instructors in Florida, Bonaire, St Lucia and Long Island.
I consider the staff at Scuba Network LI friends. I can’t thank them enough for their role in the facilitating the lifetime memories I’m making while sharing diving with my daughter!”

“Mark is the Best !!! I had a wonderful experience at this store. As a mom with a child with special needs life overwhelming with each new finding and each new piece of equipment. My daughter received her first pair of AFOs and I was in a desperate search to find a shoe that fit over them. After going to what felt like 100 stores, I stopped in at new balance. Mark knew exactly what I needed. He seem to have a lot of experience with AFOs. He also gave me some suggestions on how to make the AFO fit better and even provide a diagram for the maker. He made me feel at ease. This is a new journey for me. The new balance 990s work perfect for AFOs. I just have one little suggestion the store should offer a few more colors on that style . They only had gray. Thanks again I will be back.”

“Needed a new pair of skates and was recommended by my brother to go see Dante instead of go to a random hockey store and I am extremely glad I did! Dante got me fitted and had me try on multiple skates and find out which ones fit best! He then ordered a special pair in my size for wide feet and I had them quickly shipped to the store where he had them heated and specially fitted to each foot and then he sharpened them absolutely perfectly! An absolutely incredible experience and deal as the price couldn’t of been beat and the knowledge and advice he gives you is brilliant, I would highly recommend going to see him and get your skates the right way if your serious about skating! Best of luck to ya and thank you DMC Sports and Dante specifically for such great help!”

“I bought a pair of hockey skates at one of the big name hockey stores, but when I noticed the boots were cracked after a year they just shrugged, so I took them to Andy Cozzi to see if he could at least fix a torn eyelet. He could have sold me a new pair of pricey skates on the spot, but instead he repaired the eyelet for free and haggled with the manufacturer for months to get the skates not only replaced but upgraded. That personal touch and extra effort is the difference between a small craftsman and a big faceless corporation. Instead of making a quick buck Andy got a customer for life... even sharpened the new runners and refused to charge me. Great experience!”
