Had the Best Experience in this store. Extremely knowledgeable , friendly and super helpful staff! I actually dreaded going there, based on past experiences at AT&T and Optimum stores, but I was pleasantly surprised. Very professional and superb customer service!

I LOVE KIM. SHE IS AMAZING! I AM SO HAPPY SHE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME!!! BRIAN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME TOO!!! I AM GOING TO BE A VERIZON CUSTOMER FOR AS LONG AS KIM AND BRIAN WORK FOR VERIZON!!!

Kim and Brian are the absolute BEST! They were so helpful and patient with us. They went above and beyond. I can feel overwhelmed in cell phone stores but they assured me I’d be well taken care of and they were right! Thank you Kim and Brian!
