The variety, price, and quality of the vitamins and other products are very good. Finally, I must praise the customer service there: the salespeople are knowledgeable, helpful, and do not bother me when I want to be left alone; they are great. “I've been a regular at this Vitamin Shoppe, and overall, it's one of the better supplement stores around. The store is always well-organized, brightly lit, and clean, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. The staff are a standout — incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they carry. Whether you’re new to supplements or a long-time customer, they make you feel welcome and well-informed.
My only gripe is the recurring issue with stock on the Isopure glass bottled drinks in the lemonade flavor. I like to buy them by the dozen, but they’re rarely available in-store in those quantities. Ordering online isn’t much better — inventory doesn’t always match up, and there’s a $6 surcharge that makes it less appealing.
Despite that, it’s a great location with top-tier customer service. Hopefully, they can improve the in-store availability of certain popular items.”
