It’s tough picking a favorite employee though because everyone I’ve met has been super kind & knowledgable & helpful. Enormous selection, awesome coffee, excellent knowledgeable employees as I’ve said & probably will say again lol. The store is welcoming, well staffed, & well stocked! Andrew & Ritchie took such fantastic care of us! I recommend this dispensary to anyone & everyone! & this is the only dispensary we’ll be spending our money at! Just an excellent place! He helped us with our groomsmen gifts and “during the party favors” that were a staple at our wedding. He made it fun too. I am so happy to have come back to the island and see the expansion of his place and meet Van, his nephew. He is just as nice, personable, helpful, and respectful as Paulie. “I’m so happy I found South Shore Vapor Lounge. I’ve spent years going to different vape shops because I was never satisfied after the first or second visit. This place is great! The first time I visited the shop, I had called first to make sure they were open. Michelle had told me that they were actually closing up but offered to wait for me to rush over… talk about going above and beyond for your customers. I had a few questions and Rick was more than knowledgeable, in regards to all my questions. They always have the coils I need unlike the other shop, near my house, that I use to frequent. I’ll gladly drive the extra distance to be their customer. Friendly and knowledgeable; they are the perfect example of what a great vape shop should be like.”

“This is going to be a strange review so I apologize in advance. The store itself was good and the staff friendly. I am not a customer but brought a family member who is and they seemed satisfied. My only issue is that I grew up in the area and I'm happy that the Rez is self sufficient but sad that it seems so... different than it was when I was a kid and the shops and gas station and such weren't even a realistic thought yet. There is still incredible potential there but sadly, the area has changed too much.
I still appreciate the excellent customer service and wish the People well.”
“I thought the gentleman behind the counter very helpful. Took the time to answer my many questions quite thoroughly. I enjoy European roll your own cigerettes along with European pipe tobacco's that lean toward the exotic. In short, I like the store and again the gentleman on duty was very helpful. I mentioned a brand "Sampson" which is a hand rolling variety of tobacco from the Netherlands which I have been unable to find for a year or more. To my pleasant surprise he said he carries it but sadly is currently out of stock. He took the time to do some checking and replied that he has it on order and it will arrive at the shop Monday May 11. I was very pleased by his reply and courteous nature and he has a new regular customer....ME . High praise goes out to Jim's Smoke Shop. First rate tobacconist”

“Ignore the review from Nia Ortiz. Any pen will leak if you don't store it properly (too warm a space) or leave it upside down so the liquid can leak into the coil or gum up the mouth piece.
The fryd's here are legit. I get them regularly and they are fine.
Been a customer here since my teens and I'm in my late 30s now. This place is great. Staff is helpful and chill. Great selection of products at a fair price.
Some of these negative reviews are just from whiny customers that can't admit fault, are upset the store closes when understaffed (which is rare), or dislike the pricing.
I've never had a single complaint shopping here in over 15 years.”
