We went to two appointments for an extremely basic request (add a signee). Two Saturdays and several wasted hours later nothing was able to be accomplished. Went to another branch and our request was completed in 20 minutes. Do yourself a favor and don't come here for anything more complicated than deposits or withdrawals.

ATMs don’t work, teller system is always down and bank is always packed with no one able to help. Better off closing this branch down.

I don't find the staff here to be the most knowledgeable or friendliest people that I have ever met in a bank. They also like to insist on you using the ATM as opposed to using the tellers.

If I could give this branch no stars I would. It is a very unprofessionally run branch. Very long wait times and difficult to contact the branch. Also their ATM machines sometimes don’t work.

The worst service possible :( No bank costumer should be frustrated for 3 days with depositing his/her earned money. Arrogant, useless tellers as is the Eliot branch manager. Is time to send all Chase employees on unemployment line and replace Chase with any other Bank . Just shameful !!!

The teller who is the Vice President or atleast claims everyone in the bank is Vice President was very sarcastic, rude and unhelpful he has a condescending attitude towards older woman I think he's a misogynistic who doesn't respect older woman, seniors and long time customers he was aloof, sarcastic and rude not helpful at all and makes me want to detach from this type of rude customer service

Had to share my great experience I had with Wilson. He was so courteous and helpful. He took care of something I thought was going to take weeks in literal minutes! Appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. Thanks Wilson!

worse teller experience, extremy hard to get money out. I bring my id my card my pin , they say I cannot get my cashier check becase i cannot sign on the way they want. and I ask for manger to get involved, they said manager will be there in a hour. excuse me, how could you open the branch without manager in there. It’s against bank rule. so they lie to me.

Incompetent MTA machine, half of the time I visit this Chase there will be at least one MTA machine inside not working. Worse for the drive thru MTA machine, it is like lottery when depositing with 9 out of 10 times failed to read my bank notes and checks. Never had these problem in other Chase.

Not a friendly bank anymore. Chase rep Tavares delacruz had an attitude when she was taking care of me. Felt I was bothering her when I needed her help.

The worst chase branch in queens. First 2 times The girls had difficulties taking out a certain amount from the account. Was Not discreet and the 3rd time they tell me I cannot take out the funds. That I’d have to call ahead of time. Why would I need to call you for MY money?! This bank is a joke! I have no problem with the bank on myrtle but unfortunately they are temporarily closed. Why have your money in their bank if you can’t access it when you need it!
