The ATM outside drive-through every time I pass by there it’s broken. When are you guys gonna fix it? There’s people that are handicap that cannot get out of their car to go into the ATM inside. It’s very difficult. That’s why we use the ATM outside.

I don't find the staff here to be the most knowledgeable or friendliest people that I have ever met in a bank. They also like to insist on you using the ATM as opposed to using the tellers.
