My parents alerted this Citibank branch that their identity had been stolen and to put their accounts on high alert for suspicious activity yet somehow they still allowed someone to fraudulently withdraw tens of thousands of dollars in-person. When my parents went back to this bank to alert them of the fraudulent transaction, they failed to open a fraud claim to even investigate the issue.

ATM machines never work right or there are empty with no money Also the place is very dirty and smells like urine. Right now we have COVID-19 they really should be cleaning the place more often. It’s a shame because it’s in a good neighborhood where we pay high taxes. If this is not fixed I’m changing banks

I really hate this bank, their tellers are slow, everytime I come here its the same story, 2 tellers at the window and like 5-9 people waiting in line, and then you get this one person who freezes the whole line because they are chitchatting with the teller about nonesense while the rest of us have to wait. I dred coming in here, but they have parking so I gave them 2 stars.

I deposited a check and was waiting in the lobby for a cab and no one came up to us until almost 10 minutes asking if we-needed anything else. The person who asked us if they can help us her tone was argumentative as if we were in the wrong waiting there. As if we just walked in to hang out like we were hoodlums or bums. My husband broke it down to her why we were there and the amount we had deposited. The teller was staring at us from afar and failed to communicate that we are customers who recently made a transaction. They just wanted us out of the bank since we completed a deposit. So unprofessional and rude.

They are act like your business does not matter. Including the manager walking around all grumpy like your money or Bill's are there's unwilling to even help you .what a waste for those employees to represent citibank . Headquarters need to look into this location. .they are not welcoming at all always when I go there they talk to you in such hostile way and always not busy but they ready to rush you out ...don't know why I keep going there. Best citi bank where people matters and there money is on 121st and liberty.

I have never left this branch satisfied. 4 people sitting there as 1 works while they take turns referring people to the self serve machines. I was asked by 2 different employees what I needed help with. After 20 min of waiting I was told that they didn't do that at this location by a 3rd employee.

This Bank had a promotion. Open a checking account and receive $500 within 30 days, that was in August 2016, almost 6 months ago and after many calls to them, still have not honored their commitment. I will never do business with them again.

I love this bank, close to my house, and the women i've gotten as tellers have been more than friendly and always very helpful. Pleasant bank and easy to park on one of the side streets nearby.

Small Citibank Branch right by Rosa's on Metropolitan. It has one of the smallest and most difficult to navigate parking lots I have ever encountered.

I went to make a credit card payment and I was told that I need and ID since is a cash payment, I was shocked but the teller gave me an option at the ATM. Then I asked the teller what about making a payment on my checking plus since is a small amount? Before she was able to answer someone cut her off and said with a rude tone you need an ID, how do we know is you. I told her is a simple question and she responded "okay" with an ironic tone. If this is a manager, her behavior is unacceptable!

This branch is managed by an unprofessional management that comes up with weird policy every once in awhile ... today's policy is not to cash any checks to none citibank customers even if the checks are citibank issued ... good luck dealing with this asswhole ... I really feel bad for the employees working under This manager ...
