“Got a price for a fireplace extraordinaire 864 from a store in Bellmore. The install required an elbow and that store added an increased amount to the price and took 12 weeks for them to install it had I ordered from them. Called NYC Fireplaces and the unit was $2000 less , no up charge for an elbow on the vent and the unit was delivered and installed perfectly in a week and a half. Sal came out to measure and answered all of our questions. A perfect experience. Will definitely shop there again.”

“We recently hosted a terrarium workshop with Luludi for a residential kids’ event, and it was an absolute success!
The team was incredibly professional and very accommodating throughout the coordination process (shoutout to Haley), which made planning so much easier. Their representative, Monika, who led the workshop, was fantastic with the kids - engaging, attentive, and patient the entire time.
She also provided wonderful materials for the activity, including everything needed to create adorable mini succulent terrariums with colorful stones, moss, and even cute little duckies. The kids had such a great time, and the final creations were amazing!
I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Luludi again. Highly recommend for anyone looking to host a fun and creative event!”

“This is such a cute little shop filled with unique knickknacks and an eclectic assortment of items. I spent quite a while browsing because there was so much to look at. There were so many things I wanted to buy that I had to exercise some self-control—otherwise, I probably would have spent all my money there!
I would absolutely return. I've been in this neighborhood many times, and I can't believe I never discovered this shop until now. It's a little tucked away, so it's easy to walk right past it, but don't make that mistake. It's definitely worth stopping in.
The owner was friendly, welcoming, and available if I had any questions. Overall, it was a wonderful shopping experience, and I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area.”

“Initially drawn in by the bamboo and ceramic, this cute little shop really enchanted me. Their tiny little figurines and spoons, their scents, and oh the ceramics are just gorgeous, gorgeous!
Coincidentally I had been searching for a tea infusing travel mug for about a month now, even searching in the tea capital- London to no avail. I was looking for something wholesome and not too generic. Theirs was precisely what I had been searching for! Its perfect!

“First I'd like to say the customer service from whoever answered the phone to the many knowledgeable employees they have on the floor to always help is amazing . I went there to get keys made but wasn't coming back in the area for a week so I wa Ted confirmation if the keys didn't work was ok to come back a week later with them ? The answer was a resounding YES NOT A ISSUE !!! Well the keys were cut perfectly (5) in total . Great place and if in the area of Columbia University I suggest 100 % use them for your hardware needs !”
“The whole staff here is cool but Caleb went absolutely above and beyond to help me with a plant I had whose soil wouldn’t dry out. Without charge or hesitation he spent the time diagnosing the issue and even helped me make alterations to the pot I purchased from him weeks before by adding more drainage.
