“I appreciate the overall services of the Middleport & Lockport branches HOWEVER seems like 95% of time the ATM at the locations are OUT OF SERVICE to WITHDRAW MONEY and/or UNAVAILABLE to provide a RECEIPT. Worrisome to trust ATM machine to deposit proper amount of money without getting a receipt especially with how often it seems to be out of service.”

“I have been with Generations Bank for more than 20 yrs. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. It's nice to have a hometown bank that knows your name.”

“I do my banking here. As no hidden fees as the other banks have. The staff are very friendly. One thing I don't like is the driveway. For bigger vehicles it's hard to turn off the road to get in there. I believe planning has to be done to redo the driveway situation.”

“I've used Key for a long time and relocated my home branch from Batavia to Medina for convenience. Jacky was a wonderful manager, gave me useful and valuable advice, and I miss her. I've had only positive experiences with tellers. The new management looks a little grim, eyeballing incoming customers instead of smiling and welcoming them, but I haven't actually dealt with them yet.”
