“There were a few small scratches on my SUV fender. I had an account with Silver Rock but they insisted there were no in-network shops close by. I decided to find a local shop and I was lucky enough to notice Eagle Auto Body on Fulton St. From the moment I walked into the office and met Ann, who I believe is the office manager, I knew I wanted to get the work done there. Next, I met Devin, the owner. He explained every detail to me. Devin even took the time to submit a comprehensive proposal to Silver Rock in case they would reconsider their decision to force me to go out of the county to do the repair. They refused. I was so impressed by Devin’s willingness to come up with a quick and reasonable plan for the repair. Many business owners could learn how to treat customers from him. And, many thanks to Ann for her pleasant and friendly demeanor. I would recommend Eagle Auto Body to anyone who wants a great experience. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Devin is the best!”

Went in for yearly inspection and unfortunately my rear rotors and brakes were in bad shape and needed to be replaced, also had calipers replaced as well since they were looking rough. Best to get the entire setup changed at once so that it will work most efficiently and last longer. Glad they were able to complete the work same day while I waited.”

So I choose this place covered under the insurance of the driver at fault. I went off of the other good reviews and hoped for the best. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. They were communicative, reassuring and my car was better than I left it. They wanted to do a great job! Would 110% return, hopefully not too soon. My car is not on the cleanest side of the after photo, so it doesn’t do them justice, but it was sparking clean when I got her back! 10/10 would recommend!”

“Fast polite service. Needed a tail light bulb and a wiper blade. Google sent me to their old location first and the lovely salesperson at Mazda politely pointed me in the correct direction after hilariously trying to get me to test drive a Mazda ?. She was awesome and gave me good directions. The front desk tender at subaru was awesomely helpful in helping me find the service desk I needed as well. I may have a directional issue ? . Desk attendant for parts put my bulb in a little spare package so I wouldn't touch or lose and crush it ? crazy helpful. Great people. Fast help.”

“Was in the store on Saturday and needed a set of wipers. I did not know what size I needed and did not know how to change them. The young man who was there was so helpful. He found the wipers I needed, and he also explained the warranty I could get for them. I was not aware that wipers had warranties! He went out and changed my wipers for me to! great service and such friendly people working. Everyone looked happy to be there and while I was being helped everyone was smiling and joking. Great location and very kind to those of us who had never been in an auto store.”
