“today I went to AutoZone to get spray cause I thought my pulley were just not greased. Turns out my one pulley seized up in the parking lot and I had no way to get home with no tow truck and Bryan and Glenn were so much help by helping me reinstall a new pulley which they shouldn't have to do in the freezing cold if you need anything, I highly recommend this AutoZone out of anywhere else and I thank them so much for doing what they did today”

“Updated Review: After our original communications with the dealership and leaving this review we did hear from a manager. The manager was really helpful and ultimately hashed out a solution with Ford which included getting the fix for the vehicle done now. The wipers are now working and the manager is going to assist with making sure the work is covered as part of the known recall. Would say 4 stars because of the amount of effort to get to this point, but I gave 5 stars for the manager making a resolution happen quickly.
Original Review: Not the most helpful when the car has issues. My mother's 2020 Ford Escape with less than 100k miles has wipers that keep stuttering, freezing up midway, and then not moving at all. There is a recall, but no fix for all potentially impacted vehicles has been designated. In the meantime, Ford knows that for vehicles that actually have the issue, a motor replacement will get the wiper to work. Healey and Ford America both refuse to cover the work despite their known defect, so my mother has a car that can't be safely driven in snow/rain, or any less-than-ideal weather. Great job of standing by the product they sell.”
