About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental in Middletown is one of the world's best-known car rental brands and a top brand for customer loyalty. The customer service at this location is the saving grace, with employees described as incredibly hard-working, super helpful, amazing, communicative, friendly, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile. Overall experiences throughout the years have been informative, reliable-forthcoming with information, and above and beyond expectations. However, operationally the location sometimes suffers, with vehicles ready an hour after reservation times and unclear store entry. Customers are impressed and will definitely rent from here anytime a car is needed, citing employees as the reason they always choose Avis.

Very efficient, fast and professional service. We were in and out in a jiffy. The price was also great as compared to other rentals nearby. It is located in mall with lots of eateries if you get hungry pre or post your trips. Would highly recommend and will visit again.

Came to find no one at the counter & people waiting. Terrible service. Kid behind the counter, when he did arrive (20 minutes later) looked overworked. He was polite and faster/ more efficient than past counter staff. They need to hire more people
