“I personally had a good experience at this location. They upgraded our car since they didn’t have the one we reserved with no problem and no extra charge. I was in and out of the office and into my car in less than 10 minutes. The employees there in the afternoon of 6/20/24 were very kind and helpful. One thing to note is that the office is inside the Galleria mall.”

“My day started off really poorly with a car accident. My day ended at enterprise. I was dealing with Jordan Knochen. What a pleasure it was to deal with such a respectful, kind and knowledgeable, young man. I was in and out within minutes. The car was clean and ready to go as he was showing me the bells and whistles of the rental, he was still able to delegating what needed to be done. Multitasking, like a complete champ and never made me feel uneasy or ignored. Just an absolute pleasure to end my day that way. Thank you Jordan.”
