The guy who setting there doesn't like jewish people he told me I can't rent there after I called the mail uhal and told them they called the manager and the manager told a work to go there to give Me and when that guy came and he said don't rent for h untill we had to make him call the supervisor again untill they give Me it this stupid worker didn't even wana call supervisor when I told him to call he didn't want and he just killed my day made me wait 2 hours there for nuthing and being buzy calling the main number and when I got it I could use it for that day anymore because the places where I had to go pick it up was close arady and had to drive back and come back next day I speachal came to rent here because it was 5 min away from the places and I came to drive all the way from brooklyn I have recording from him

Do not rent the trucks from this facility. They rig the mileage meter. I was only going 2.5 miles away coming n going and they charged me for going over 10 miles. Unacceptable

Needed a tow hitch installed since we have a little more than expected to move from PA to FL. Scheduled here since it was the only place that had any availability, even though it was an hour away from the house. Scheduled at 1:00 on a Thursday, but we realized on the way that we were going to run a couple of minutes late, so I tried calling at 12:45 to let them know. Did not answer. Tried calling again, and still no answer. I noticed that we would only be 10-15 minutes late, so I thought it should be a big deal if they couldn't even answer the phone. Got there, and nobody was in the garage for hitch installing. Checked in, turned my key in, and started walking to a nearby restaurant to wait. 15 minutes after I turned my keys in, I get a call saying they have to reschedule for Monday. I tried explaining to them that I tried calling to let them know twice, tried adding the reservation to reschedule on my app, but it wouldn't let me, we were only 15 minutes late, and we litterally had no other time to reschedule since we leave Saturday for FL and Friday we already have plans. Said that they had someone behind that it would be pushing them back. Gave NO SYMPATHY, but a number for a uhaul that he said was 15 minutes away but was actually 35 AND DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ANY AVAILABILITY. Absolutely torn up by this because we have no other option but to pay for a storage unit in PA when we live in FL.

This is my first experience with Uhaul. Renting a trailer equipment was made super easy, thanks to Jacob R. He made my experience a blessing. He was very pleasant and friendly. Explained everything in a professional and easy way for me to understand. I felt safe on the way he hooked up the trailer. He's such an asset to the Uhaul moving and storage community. I will definitely use them again.

They are supposed to open till 7pm. I was there at 6:51 and they are already closed. They should be checking on their employees and educate them.

I have rented U-Hauls from this location before for multiple days. However today they arbitrarily told my husband that we could not rent for more than 24 hours. We need it until Monday as we do not move in Monday. Then he was advised that they only had cargo vans or the large trucks. When there was 10x10 sitting right in the lot. The rep was rude and did not provide any explanation as to whether those trucks were already reserved or if they were even available.

I like uhaul, however; they need improvements. The indoor storage is great. The large elevator is good for getting furniture in& out. The parking lot is the problem. Uhaul has a lot of their equipment clogging up the lot. If you're going to get a 26ft truck in there, "good luck." You cannot get through to them on the phone. If your storage rent is late,they lock it on the 3rd day before end of business day. Sum it up, they need improvement.
