I had a great experience at the Verizon store in Middletown thanks to Adrian, a senior manager. He resolved my account issues with patience and clear explanations. I highly recommend Adrian for his excellent service. Well done!

Very disappointing experience here today. My boyfriend came in to purchase a new phone. The sales associate made no attempt to explain the features and difference between models and said he "could offer no advice." Therefore I helped choose how much memory to get, and when we asked which phone it was that the salesman had brought out, he waved all the way across the store and said "the third one from the left." For $800, would it have been too much to ask for him to get up and show us? He then offered no assistance in showing us how to retrieve the password on the old phone, and no advice on how to transfer data from old to new phone once we had the password. So, we are now sitting here with an $800 phone that is useless until we can drive an hour back to the store and hope we get a better salesman.

The young man that took care of me and my husband's services orders was very nice ? but the services in my area stinks so bad ?. Until I get more than 2 bars of service I'll give more stars ?. Unfortunately

Beware totally Theives charging customers for things they shouldn't be charging, like simply picking up a phone orderd through Verizon. also tried charging me 30.00 to swap contacts from old phone to new phone , a bunch of theives , lead my the useless Slob of a manager there.

I am very dissatisfied with this store in particular. I've been trying to transfer my number to a new account for months. I put in transfer requests that were ignored and finally got on the phone with the department that handled it. The gentleman on the phone was wonderful and did everything possible to get my transfer completed, however, when I had to go back to the store (*for the third time*) to get a new simcard for the new account, the store manager refused to put in any effort to assist--not even connect with the transfer of service department who had been supporting me. Instead, we sat and waited and on the phone in the store for an hour, while we were ignored by both management and staff in a mostly empty store. Finally when we were able to connect back with the gentleman in the transfer of service department, the manager refused to work with that representative to try and resolve the issue. All of the responsibility to resolve the issue was put of the customer rather than taken up by the manager. It was very unprofessional and I will be taking my business to another store who hopefully will behave in a manner more in line with the customer service I have come to expect from Verizon.

The store was busy, but we were seen within q5 minutes of checking in. We were able to ask preliminary questions at check-in that they were happy to answer. When we were called, the associate was friendly and personable. He answered all our questions and was honest about our options.

Horrible experience at this store. Went 2x to buy new phone. They could not process payment on a Corp account. They tried to blame it on by bank being in PA. Horrible service and technical skill.

Having some issues with my iPhone 13 SIM card. Luck of the draw I got Franklin who was an expert at solving issues like mine. He had me fixed by activating the e-sim feature. This phone was on life support (SOS) mode whe I got there and in no time I was fixed and on my way out the door.

Purchased a new phone after mine would no longer turn on. The salesman could not transfer any of my data and made no attempt. Instructed me to go to Best Buy Geek squad and still charged me 75.00 to " set up my new device ". Having been a loyal Verizon customer for 20 years maybe it's time to move on. Horrible customer service !!!
