The store was busy, but we were seen within q5 minutes of checking in. We were able to ask preliminary questions at check-in that they were happy to answer. When we were called, the associate was friendly and personable. He answered all our questions and was honest about our options.

Horrible experience at this store. Went 2x to buy new phone. They could not process payment on a Corp account. They tried to blame it on by bank being in PA. Horrible service and technical skill.

Having some issues with my iPhone 13 SIM card. Luck of the draw I got Franklin who was an expert at solving issues like mine. He had me fixed by activating the e-sim feature. This phone was on life support (SOS) mode whe I got there and in no time I was fixed and on my way out the door.

Purchased a new phone after mine would no longer turn on. The salesman could not transfer any of my data and made no attempt. Instructed me to go to Best Buy Geek squad and still charged me 75.00 to " set up my new device ". Having been a loyal Verizon customer for 20 years maybe it's time to move on. Horrible customer service !!!

Great cell phone service but a straight rip off .. always some fee some other fee or deductions that didn’t go threw that I never noticed am paying off my phone and moving on..it. Started 140 dollars a month without no deductions I added veteran and paperless 3 deductions and changed exactly nothing .. been smacked with three 60 dollar activation fee since I been with them.. bill at the end was 195 a month I had enough. There straighy thieves. Best service for upstate ny but not 200 dollars a month good. For that price I used to get a tablet and two phones . Now there just redicules

If I could give them a ZERO, I would. My husband went into the store to return a new device that wasn't working correctly. They sent him out the door without ordering a replacement for him and KEEPING his malfuntioning device without explanation. We had to reach out to corporate and spend over an hour on the phone trying to get the mess they created straightened out. They had no problem charging my husband for a purchase though. We will NEVER shop there again. I'm posting this for people that might want to visit the store. I'm sure the management for that store could care less.

Drove out of my way to purchase a new phone and add a second line. I was checked in and next in line however, each person who came through the door was helped as I sat and waited. FYI, they were also 3 employees sitting at a table who did nothing except told me to go elsewhere. I have been w Verizon since day 1! I have never seen such rude and demeaning behavior in a place of business before. I had a similar problem a few years ago but customer service helped me out. This time when I reached out to customer service she said "so what do you want me to do?" with a rude tone. I went to another store and got a business account, great service and and additional line! So what is the problem at the Orange Plaza store?Please do not reply with " I am so sorry....."

This store is very very slow. They don't tell you the correct waist time. If a person with a appt come in your wait time gets pushed back without anyone notifying you. The chic at the door is totally unprofessional and has no Social Skills. Find another store.

This Verizon store is not training their employees properly. On March 3, 2023, I went to this Verizon store to have my iwatch looked at because I was locked out of it because I couldn’t remember the code. I also wanted to purchase a new iPad Pro. I was referred to Justin. First, he has no professional present and he just seem like he was miserable. It was explained to him what I needed taking care by whom I assumed was his manager. So he looked at my iwatch and tried to unlock it using the app on my phone, he wasn’t successful and told me I have to call apple to get me into the watch because it’s their product. Then when it came to purchasing the new iPad Pro, I stated to him I have a older iPad and can I trade it in to get the trade in discount that the company offers. He looked on his computer and told me I couldn’t trade it in because my iPad Pro 11(first generation) does not qualify for trade in. So when I went home and called Verizon, I was told by the representative on the phone that my iPad Pro 11(first generation) does qualify for trade in. So as you can see Justin does not know his job which explains why he gave me incorrect information. So just be aware that some of the so call specialists, well at least Justin, that works at the Verizon store in orange plaza are not trained very well. Management at this store should be aware of this and do better.

My most recent experience at this store was very good. Devon S. took care of me.My phone was in rough shape after falling while on a trail run. Was very much in doubt whether photos etc would transfer to my new phone. Devon was calm, cool, and collected and took care of the issue.

I took my phone in to get rid of pop up ads. The guy basically ruined my phone. I can't get my radio to work right. I turn the volume up and it says ringtone across the screen. I've been back twice for things that were never an issue. Now I drop calls all the time. I never should have gone there. Michael does not know what he's doing. I had to remember passwords from years ago. Now I need to get a new phone. Thanks Michael.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, I am stuck with them, and the scenario below has happened over + over again. it is close to impossible to even get a human on the phone, much less have problems fixed.I have been dealing with Customer Service for close to 2 hours, been bounced to 7 people, and still no help. This is torture, and I am going to drop this service ASAP. BEWARE, VERIZON IS HATEFUL. THEY ARE INEPT, THEY DO NOT CARE WHAT TROUBLE THEY cause, they only want your money.
