“As my wife and I were looking around Long Island for wedding venues, we checked out a number of different locations - and we didn't get a great feeling or connection to any of them, until we walked into the Miller Place Inn.Upon meeting one of the owners, Donna, all of this changed. Donna is an absolute gem - and made us feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during our planning. She is incredibly honest, knowledgeable, and she truly cares about making your wedding a special one. Every step of the way, she guided us in the right direction, while making us smile and laugh with her great sense of humor.The venue itself is truly a hidden gem. I grew up in Miller Place, and honestly did not realize what a perfect wedding venue could be blocks away from my family home. The recently renovated Regina Room is absolutely gorgeous, and the Garden Room was an incredible space to host both our cocktail and Viennese hours.Our personal favorite part of the Miller Place Inn was the immaculate grounds and gardens where our ceremony took place. The way that the great team sets up the ceremony makes it feel inviting and intimate. We can't wait to see more of the pictures that were taken in this incredible spot!The food was FANTASTIC, all made in house, and met the dietary needs of all of our guests. Everyone was amazed by the amount and quality of the food - from the cocktail hour, amazing dinner, and elegant Viennese hour.Regarding the team and staff, we couldn't have asked for anything better! The team members are extremely professional, and everyone from the bartenders to the waiting staff went above and beyond to make our wedding day a perfect one.Specifically, we would like to shout out our maitre'd , Brandon, for ensuring that our bridal party was informed about the steps necessary for our ceremony, and for making sure our little flower girl made it down the aisle with a huge smile on her face! Everything couldn't have gone any smoother!Next, our bridal attendants Seraphina and Sophia were PHENOMONAL. Every time we turned around, they were there asking us what we needed, making sure we drank water (It was a very hot day!), and making us feel comfortable and easing our nerves.We can't speak highly enough about what a wonderful wedding and experience we had at the Miller Place Inn. It's a picture perfect place for a wedding - but for us, the ticket was Donna. She put so much care and effort into making our wedding exactly what we wanted.
