“Absolutely love this place, had my sons 8 birthday here and they all had a blast! Albert Jr. and Albert Sr. Are both wonderful people that helped make the party go so smoothly. The place is well kept and I love all the decor, definitely a diamond in the rough. I’m looking forward to going back for my some to play games with his friends.”
“After many great experiences at Xplore in Port Jefferson, we had our son’s birthday party here. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. They are pros and have thought of everything. The amount of communication was also just right (nobody wants twenty phone calls back and forth, but at the same time no one wants no communication). Xplore checked in once one week before the party and one more time to check the headcount and see if we needed anything right before the party. Finally, I have to mention Cordelia. You are assigned a party planner who checks guests in and assists by being present throughout the party. Cordelia was absolutely amazing at this. She was so present and engaging and frankly present. She has a natural gift for hospitality. 10/10 would do it again, great value for the money and allows us parents to be carefree and present for our childrens’ celebration.”
“I get it. You see the outside, and you think it is run down and not taken care of or even possibly closed. Well, it's open. The inside is very clean and maintained and safe for kids to go to. I went there today, and I was happy with my experience. The lanes are well maintained, and the staff there is very accommodating and helpful. It's also fairly cheap compared to other Bowling Alleys around the area. Recommend 100%”

“Very big, comfortable rooms. The breakfast is excellent. My only real complaint is that it is impossible to take a shower and not get the floor wet which wouldn't be a big deal but the maid never made up our room for the 5 days we were there.”

“We just had my daughter's sweet 16 party and the venue was absolutely beautiful, my guests raved about the warm and cozy atmosphere and the layout is fantastic for parties (e.g. separate room for food service, bar, entry area, decks). The twinkle lights on the ceiling give such a magical effect for pictures and renting the upstairs sweet was such a hit for my daughter and her court. Caitlin the manager was professional and very easy to reach for any questions we had. I highly recommend it as a unique and beautiful venue for your party.”
