“Imagine leaving work to head home in slacks & shirt around sundown on an overcast, rainy day, to find as you are pulling out the parking lot your rear passenger tire is so low that you are scared to go beyond 30-mph on a 50-mph road. Also imagine you have a 7 p.m. appointment that same day. Add to that, none of the nearby gas stations have a functioning air pump for you to air-up enough to get home. Then, imagine checking online to see if there are nearby tire centers that are still open to get it patched. Well, this was me... yesterday. David (mgr.) at the Lee Road (Orlando, FL) store went the extra mile at a time his store closed and everyone was heading home. Google said it closed at 6 p.m., but the hours recently changed to 5:30. I limp to the store in rush hour traffic at 5:32 to find I was two minutes late. David wrote up the order and came out to help me himself with the intention of putting on the spare and taking the tire for patching so I can make the 12 mile trip home. I would This was generous on it's own because it was time for him to head home, it was getting dark, the weather looked nastier, and in all fairness (despite the change in hours) I was late. Instead, he switches gears and says, "Let me go ahead and take care of this for you." So, instead of holding it to the morning for repair, he plugs the hole, water-tests it, and re-mounts it. I'm heading into the store to pay him, and he says, "Don't worry about it, you need to get home." I mean, WHO does that nowadays? It's these generous acts that gives me faith in my fellow man at a time when it can be argued we see anything but. I head home to my family safe and sound and then to my scheduled appointment. Kudos to David for being a kind human being! Mavis, please hire and train more folks of character like him! It means a lot and it'll come back to you in spades!”

“I cannot say enough good things about the team here. My truck was out of alignment, they performed an alignment. A few days later I had a nail in a tire and took it somewhere close to my office, lo and behold, they screwed something up. Was shaking and wobbling at highway speed. Took it back to Corsi and blamed the plug fix, but they re-balanced all my tires and re-aligned me for FREE. Another few weeks later front tire wearing on just the outside. I take it back to them and ask them for a full front end inspection and re-align the front. I told them I think there's something wrong with the truck, not their work. They aligned me again for FREE. I insisted I wanted to pay but they refused. They insist they stand behind their work and they DO!!!!”

“So impressed and thankful to Dave and Alex for helping us patch a flat tire, last-minute, as we were headed out of town. I'm new to the area and called the closest place I could find on Google. While Google said they closed at 6, they actually close at 5 and to my delight, Dave, the owner, answered and said that as long as I could get to his shop by 4:40, he would have someone patch the tire, even if they needed to stay slightly past 5. I didn't ask him to do us this favor, he offered and was so kind about it. Alex fixed our tire quickly, had a great attitude and even joked around with us, showing no issue having to stay a few minutes past closing.
While I waited for Alex to fix our tire, Dave sat and talked with us once he learned we were house-hunting in the area. He was lovely to converse with, provided us with some local recs for other service providers, and was so nice, you felt like you were at a café having coffee with him vs waiting on your car.

“Tom and Hillside Service workers are good folk for the community. When calling in for service for your vehicle just address your issue quickly cause they are busy daily.
A helpful is to call ahead to come to the shop to diagnose your issue then set up a time to bring your car in for him to look at. Tom was quick to diagnose the problem I had for years that the dealership wouldn’t figure out. Took him one full day to fix my main issue, but he discovered another issue related to the first & wouldn’t let me come pick my car up until the whole issue was resolved. Overall, Tom and others want to make sure you are taken care of, fairly price and I will go back if anymore issues.”

Keep calm, I will walk you thru the entire PRE-OWNED experience from the Showroom Front Door (yes, I said Front Door) to Pressing that START button (don’t embarrass yourself, there are no real keys anymore) and exiting Like No Other (shhhh like The 1%)!
First, be warned, there are no signs and stick figures blowing in the wind outside of DARCARS! And, there are no LEXUS cars lined up military style with hoods open and prices emblazoned across the windshield (hard to test drive and see ahead). And, totally absent are the cliches “Make an Offer, Call for Price, Just Needs …”! And, no sales person wearing a Poly Sport Coat waiting outside to be on you like a Pit Bull!
First things first, Name Dropping, it doesn’t hurt! When greeted by the Concierge (look it up if needed) confidently say “I talked with Stanley P. and he suggested his best Salesperson, Matt D.
Stanley and Matt are beyond sympatico, they UNDERSTAND your 99% situation and are not going to “blow your cover” from the “get go”! After the firm handshake, you are invited for a cup of PREMIUM brew and ORGANIC snacks, in the Main Showroom. Yes, you heard me, you will be in there with the “OTHERS” (who buy NEW and pay CASH)!
Once the cordialities are exchanged, your wish list will be “fine-tuned” like a Lexus Race Car and from there on “your wish will be DARCARS command”. No “walking the lot” at DARCARS, your test ride will come to you!
The “Art of the Deal” is next! Know the lingo, you will be “Negotiating” to buy your new ride, NOT “Bargaining”! This is no time to be shy, but truthfully, even if you hardly haggle, you will still get a GREAT DEAL!
Have you gotten the idea yet! Are you feeling 1% by now? Can I say that DARCARS totally understands “for richer or poorer” and “until death do us part”!
