“Key Bank in Mount Kisco has a friendly staff, it’s a definite crowd pleaser! They most of the time have confectionery and coffee for the many customer’s whim. The draw is the service and hospitality, where we see the 5 star rated care to their patrons. Keybank in Mount Kisco allows you to notarize documents, cash checks, withdraw (which of course are all obvious status quo functions of banks) yet this bank runs at a level that seems unreachable. The app is user- friendly and intuitive but if at all you have any issues you can call the bank and they resolve it right away. A formidable bank with staff that are highly trained to know what and how to do their job, there is nothing more I can say about the service at this location than their expertise is at an apotheosis: as someone who has read 1,081 books in his lifetime, a New School University alumni, Parsons student, with a Master’s in Education I find the astute nature of the staff a fresh of breath air”

“I have been with this bank for 2 years. I was definitely not bank smart, thus I lacked in terminology and wisdom. Thus after being scammed by several financial companies over the years, I had my doubts. This bank was patient in helping me through the process which is actually simple. My money made the interest they stated. Easy Peasy. However the one place they lack is they do not inform you if interest rates go down on your account, which only happened twice. So you need to watch your account monthly. Other banks do the same but not all. Then you have to make a decision. They phone is answered by people at the bank not overseas which was a definite plus these days.”
“Great organization preserving wooded and open spaces for native wildlife and plants. They have many properties that are open free to the public for hiking. Parking is usually limited and not paved. Restrooms are not usually available.”

Awhile ago I went there and was disappointed to learn that the lobby is still not open due to the Covid19 pandemic. However, one of the drive-thru tellers came to the front door to enquirer about my business.
I needed a roll of quarter to do my laundry and I knew from before, that this branch do not give quarters through the drive-up. He arranged for another person in the branch who had the keys to come with him and we did the exchange. We were all wearing our masks and we were safe.
I appreciate people who know that rules are not set in stone, and are able to use common sense and human intuition to make decisions.”
