“I’ve been doing business with CSC for years. On March 4, 2026, I stopped by, however, Dean was busy (In the middle of installing two tires), he asked me to stop back in a hour. I replied, OK, and asked is there someplace where I could get some hot food nearby? He told me to wait a second, he went upstairs and then came down and gave me a plate of hot food, delicious chicken with vegetables. So kind hearted so thoughtful. It’s not often that somebody does that. Thank you for YOUR KINDNESS and the delicious lunch.”

The only area that could have been better was communication during the repair process. The timeline extended beyond the original estimate due to parts, and I had to reach out a few times for updates. That said, they did take care of the additional rental time, which I thought was handled fairly.

“The folks at Foreign Car Specialists stood behind their parts and labor when a fan motor resistor failed after only 1 year in the car. They also remediated a problem with the glove box access to a motor which, for a year, I was puzzled as to why I could no longer get the glove box to open (never dreaming a mechanic would try to access a fan motor via the glove box). Standing behind their parts and labor is a huge plus in my book. And addressing a problem that had been caused during the previous repair work was an even bigger plus. Integrity.”

Though they didn’t actually do the repair, since the insurance company considered it “ totaled”, Stofa’s did call to follow up to be sure we were satisfied with the insurance settlement before releasing it to them. “Low tire pressure warning light suddenly came on. Showed up without an appointment at Mavis Tire in Newburgh NY figuring an expensive tire replacement. Tom and Vickie had my car quickly checked out even though it was close to closing time. They discovered that it was just the pressure in the tires being off enough to set off the warning light. Their understanding, honesty and overall exceptional service was appreciated so very much. Mavis Tire is lucky to have people like Tom and Vickie working for them.”

“This guy is the person you want to call when you need a tow or help with anything car related. He’s an honest and reputable man who will not bullshit you about anything. After my car accident he helped me with basically the whole process telling me what I should do and who I should contact to get me through this tough situation. He makes time for you and is incredibly patient. You don’t find many people in this field who are transparent, supportive, nice, and knowledgeable. I would recommend AllTow all my friends and family I can’t express how great of a guy Renato is. This guy goes above and beyond and does not want to try and scam you and get more money out of your pocket like some other companies would. If you’re in need of a tow or need some assistance with your car this is the person you want to go to. 10/10 experience!”
“I recently had a unique situation with a vehicle that isn't their usual drop off. We were traveling on vacation, 6 hours from home, and had a major breakdown for the vehicle.
