“They are honest, trusting and above board. We came in to fix a really old car with. Wi dow tnat wont go up. they explained that it was going to be a lot to fix the window (parts out of stock and the whole side has to be removed to replace the part) and we just didn’t want to put that much money into the car. (2008 VW) they proceeded to adjust it so the window went up sealed it and did not charge us a cent.”

“I recently used this collision shop in Elmont, and they made a stressful situation completely stress-free. They took care of everything with my insurance and even organized an Enterprise rental car for my pickup, meaning I literally had to do nothing. It was seamless service from the moment of drop-off all the way to getting into my car rental. Dayanna is the best! She kept me updated, handled the logistics perfectly, and provided incredible customer service. I highly recommend them if you want a hassle-free repair experience.”

“North shore auto collision made the stressful process of getting my vehicle repaired after an accident so much easier and less stressful. From the moment I walked in to their office after my car accident I felt taken care of. Nicole walked me through the next steps and what to expect. The team was clear, communicative and responsive through the repair process. Most importantly the repair and work they did on the vehicle is fantastic. The car looks and drives like it was never in an accident at all. They also detailed the car so it was a nice surprise to pick up a spotless vehicle. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car, guys. I Will keep you guys in my back pocket for any future needs for myself as well as friends and family.”

“Truthfully, I was hesitant about going to an auto shop I wasn’t familiar with, but my insurance company recommended Keri, so I decided to give them a chance. From the moment I walked through the door for my evaluation appointment, they completely won me over. The shop was clean, I was greeted right away, and everyone was welcoming and professional. They explained the process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. The staff was knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care about doing what was best for me, not just what was best for the business. My car turned out great, and the turnaround time was surprisingly quick! One of the nicest surprises was getting my car back with the interior cleaned as well. As a mom of three, I can tell you that was VERY appreciated! It was such a thoughtful extra touch and honestly made my experience even better. I will absolutely return and recommend you to others!”

15 Atlantic Avenue, Floral Park NY 11001
“I had an accident and my insurance told me to go to Floral Park Auto Body and I must say they are Beyond amazing. I took the car in on a Thursday and was told they will keep me updated through the process. The following day they called me and told me they ordered the parts and that the parts should be in by Monday and my car will be ready by Friday due to the damages. Monday comes along they called me to let me know they started to work on the car. Wednesday comes along at 3:30 they call me and let me know that my car was ready and they took a picture and text me the photo of their job and how pretty my car looks. When I picked up the car I was amazed at the job that they done and the EXTRA stuff they did without asking was amazing and a blessing. I would most definitely recommend and tell everyone I know about Floral Park Auto Body. Who doesn't want their car return to them sooner than expected, to look better than what it did and to find out some scratches buffed out. I swear I was just picking up a new car off the lot.”

They somehow make even serious damage completely disappear. Just as important, they are genuinely honest and straightforward, which is rare in this industry. You can trust that you’re being treated fairly and that the job will be done right. You’re in excellent hands with them.”

“Raj is extremely kind and professional, a true gem. I have used him several times over the years and recommended him to others who also had the same experience. This time I brought my Nissan Rogue in after an accident. He worked within my timeframe and made my car look as good as new. I feel like I'm getting concierge service when I go to him. Not only did he make my car as good as new on the outside, he took to the time to clean my entire interior - way more thorough than any car wash. I give Raj and Haven Auto Body my highest recommendation!”

“I had an excellent experience with this autobody repair shop! I needed my passenger-side mirror completely replaced, and from start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful. I initially spoke with the owner, Brian, who happened to be on vacation with his family. Even while away, he was incredibly helpful and encouraged me to bring my vehicle in so his team could take care of it. That level of customer service really stood out to me. When I arrived, Andy greeted me kindly and helped escort my vehicle into the garage. He and Fernando worked together to complete the replacement, and they were both professional, efficient, and incredibly timely. The work was done perfectly, and I was back on the road without a long wait. And an extra bonus: the owner’s dog was hanging out in the office! I got to give some pets to a very good boy while I waited, which definitely made an already great experience even better. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely be coming back if I ever need autobody work again! Thank you, Brian, Andy, and Fernando!”

“Absolute professionalism all around. We've used Castle for previous repairs (hit & run etc.) and most recently when a garbage truck backed into our Honda Pilot (you can't make this stuff up). Emilio and the team at Castle did an amazing job with our SUV looking better than it did before the collision. Would absolutely recommend Castle 100% should you ever need any work done.”
