“Went here with my friend for a day out. We had so much fun building our terrariums!! We completely lost track of time because next thing we know, it's past closing time haha. But Rachel was so nice about it! She was extremely helpful during the ENTIRE process and helped us complete our terrariums even after closing. We didn't feel rushed at all.

“Whenever you buy furniture, you figure that a year later, whatever happens to it is on you to take care of. The Rustic Loft is different. They are invested in their products which are amazing and well built. If a leg comes loose or even accidentally breaks or a seat loosens with usual wear and tear, they are happy to fix it for you at no charge to you. Customer service is the key to any business and theirs is tops in my mind. I wanted to gift a table pad for my parents for Christmas and I had called a couple weeks in advance, but unfortunately, they said they probably would not receive it until closer to January. “We were looking for a wall sign that replace an old (ancient, actually) stand-up sign at our company (you know, the 1970's ones that you had in grammar school and someone would attach all of the letters). Wanting something similar - but larger - to those in hotels, I found Access Display through a Google search, and you can customize your sign to be pretty much any way you choose. I chose the size, frame color, how I wanted to hang it, etc and a frame that other companies quoted me $450+ on was just over half that, delivered! I did the ordering online, but did have a quick question after I submitted it, and called and spoke with a really nice guy. While it is unlikely we will need a sign anytime soon, if we do, we will place a second order.”

I explained to him the type of sofa I was looking for, and he immediately knew what would fit my space and what I needed. Eventually I ended up deciding on a sectional from the ModMax collection. This was truly perfect for my situation as I live in an apartment and needed small pieces to fit through my door. Josh was super friendly, kind, and helpful throughout the process.
