“I pulled in because I just got an oil change from a different store and I was leaking oil. They took me in and my oil filter was missing a gasket. They fixed it cleaned, Cleaned all the oil up and charged me $11. I have a new place to get my oil changes from now on. Dale was awesome. Thank you very much. I will be back. Great service. Fast and thorough.”

“Wow, did these guys ever save us. We were passing through town, halfway to our New England destination and went through a bad storm, which fried some of our car's components. We rolled up to Big 4 about thirty minutes before closing, and thankfully, they took our car in. They were calm, helpful and reassuring... Answering our many questions as they worked through the diagnostics. They definitely went the extra mile for us out-of-towners, to get our car working ASAP and to make the whole thing as painless as possible. We dealt mostly with Joel, Fred and Sam and they were all amazing!”

“We had our tires replaced at Walmart Auto Care center and overall had a good experience. I received plenty of service reminders through their automated system and they were expecting us when we arrived. Phil and Ken took very good care of us - and even showed us the tires before putting them on to make sure we were happy with them as we went with something much more aggressive from what we had. I thought that was very thoughtful - many places would not have bothered to do so. Service time was as expected - about an hour and they pulled our car in early. I would absolutely recommend the tire service here and won't hesitate to come back when I am due for my next set.”
“I must admit I was initially frustrated because I order two new tires and Walmart policy is if tires don’t match car spec they won’t touch your car. So I had to jack up my car and take off two tires to get the new tires put on the rims. When the service was complete the tech talked to me and said one rim had small dent in it. I was where and told him it was from previous incident. I took tires home jacked my car up and put the new tire and rims back on my car. I lowered to ground and one tire became instantly flat. I pumped up tire and took it to Big4tire and they said my stem and pressure sensor were damaged. I had them replace broken product. I returned to Walmart with receipt of my damage and they instantly paid for said mistake. Then the service manager went above and beyond and provided with light and I bought a jack and jacked my car up in there parking lot and took off remaining three tires and they placed new sensors in said tires. This was a two hour incident at 7pm at night in dark and the manger provided me with his personal flash light so I could see. I would recommend Walmart tire center to anybody and there sensor currently works great and a third of the cost. I paid more for one sensor at another shop then I did at Walmart for three. Thank you service center for helping me up to 8:30pm at night!”

“My car broke down on the highway so I had to get it towed to the nearest shop. It happened to be this one. I had never been to this place before. I had such a great experience here! The staff is extremely welcoming & friendly. Plus they have an “all are welcome” sign. Once I saw that sign I felt comfortable supporting their business. I would 100 percent come back to this shop if work is needed on my car.”
