Reached out to Upstate Energy with an emergency when our usual company was unwilling to help us out. Chris and everyone else at the office was so helpful and got it taken care of for us immediately. Safe to say I switched suppliers and have been so happy ever since.

We recently had upstate energy come and switch us over from oil to propane. I can’t say enough about this company! They are all so professional and so helpful. Our old system crapped out and we were out of hot water with 3 kids. They got us right in and up and running with a brand new system in 1.5 days. Their work is beautiful. They went above and beyond to make everything look nice and organized. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone !

Since I’ve been with Upstate Energy, my wife and I have been 100 percent satisfied with both the customer service and the pricing. We made the switch to upstate energy and have never looked back! Highly recommend !

Had an excellent experience with Upstate Energy for our new propane boiler install and removal of our 30+ year old oil furnace / tank. Rich and Ron were friendly and knowledgeable. They worked hard to ensure our setup was clean and intuitive, taking the time to explain aspects of the setup while answering questions that we had. Much appreciate their hard work over the past couple days. They were respectful of the space, left things cleaner than when they arrived. Great customer service.
Also wanted to thank Amanda for her quick responses and assistance in getting us the necessary documents for our town's building permit requirement. Glad we went with Upstate - support local!

The best service in the Hudson valley! Big breakdown on my greenhouse heater. Everyone there worked with us to get the parts quickly. This was crucial due to freezing temperatures coming. My cactus collection was saved💜Highly recommend for heating and fuel!

Can't say enough about the team at Upstate Energy. Whether it's one of their professional Service Technicians, or the Owner of the company who takes an active interest in his clients, everyone you work with is top flight. All of the work performed at our home has been completely buttoned up. In situations where the team has had to replace infrastructure, the end result was far better designed and implemented than what was originally in place on any of the job sites. Highly recommended for service, support, and regular propane delivery.
