“Very nice banker helping me with my issue. Not much of a wait to be seen. Loooong wait for the Apple lawyers to respond to a question (WellsFargo handed the same thing faster) so delay in resolving my issue. Few bank locations in Westchester/Putnam.”
“We’ve been Citibank customers for more than 30 years and on occasion we need help from a branch member. This past month we seem to have had several different issues to handle. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the assistance received from Tom Byrnes, the bank manager. In each instance he took his time, he was patient. He was thorough. He was clear, professional, thoughtful and caring. We were thankful for his guidance. It was a reminder of why we’ve stayed with Citibank so many years -- it’s the people that work there.”
“As far as Chase banks go, this one is good. I have never had to wait more than a minute to see someone, and the staff are always friendly. It is clean, well-lit, and has an ATM drive through, as well as a 24 hour ATM in the lobby. It is a Chase, and it does the job.”

“I'm not sure what issues the other reviews have with his bank but I could just tell you that everyone has always been nice and customer service is excellent and I'm always in and out of there very quickly and there's never really a line and you never have to wait. Marlon is very smart and efficient and Adele is so friendly and they make you feel like you're part of the family. I have been using this bank for my business for many many years and never had any issues. If there was an issue they would fix it and help me solve the problem right away. Excellent customer service here.”

“Great service, great car loan rates. I was approved for a car loan, but the deal fell through. Sunmark was open late on a Friday night and was able to switch the loan and the car insurance to a different car after 5:00 on a Friday. I picked up the check the next day. Wow!”
