“Citibank has been my bank for 30 plus years. It offers a multitude of services including a mobile app. However, there are no citibanks in many areas outside of NYC. This does make it difficult to access services in person. I still like them for online services, cash access at 7-11s and certain banks and supermarkets at no additional cost.”

“Josie, one of the bankers at this branch, was AMAZING!! She went above and beyond to help me with a problem that had to do with a new American Airlines Citibank credit card, even though I am not a customer of Citibank (at any branch) and have no (other) accounts with them. Josie went out of her way to get information for me and to call me back—twice! A level of thoughtfulness and caring for a fellow human being that is all-too-rare nowadays. She didn't quit until she had solved my problem. 5 Stars!!”
