“I haven’t been to HomeGoods in years since they closed the location in Mahopac. I stopped in on a whim today and was thoroughly impressed with the size of the store, the general organization, and just the sheer amount of selection.HomeGoods is a wonderful store to add some personality to your home. They have items that are unique enough and represent various aesthetics, but won’t go out of style soon. And it’s also great to see some of your more “basic” items (kitchenware, towels, etc) at lower costs than your average retailer. If you’re in the area on a lazy Sunday, stop in and do some window (or real) shopping—you’ll kill time and have a blast!”

“They key is to go when they get new shipments because the stuff arrives in mostly perfect condition. We found a crazy insane deal on a marble top coffee table and an awesome floor lamp for our downstairs that I just finished renovating. Patrick who I believe is a manager was incredible and amazingly personable as was our super sweet cashier Karen. Lovely employees. Go during the day during the week when it isnt busy.”

“Stuff is a bit pricey, parking is limited, but occasional streetside sales are fun to browse through. Promotes local ( Westchester based) vendors. Really neat shop.”

“Great HomeGoods location! Similar to a sister store in the area, this store is clean FOR THE MOST PART. Sometimes it seems like things got to hectic and the staff was unable to keep the store neat. The last time I visited this location it was packed, but on my most recent venture, the store was pretty calm and quiet. Obviously it's a HomeGoods, so if your looking to nicely décor your home or apartment (OR DORM) it's a great place to find some nice stuff for a great price!Overall Rating: 8/10”

“Amazing selection of 20th Century modern and industrial design. I have purchased many pieces that are now in my home. I treasure them. He has an educated and refined eye for great design. His prices are very competitive and he is extremely easy to work with. Hard working and dedicated to his passion.”

“This store is so busy in the warmer months, so I will thrilled to pop in on a cold weekday because it gave me time to really look around. Tim, the owner, was attentive, friendly, and very accommodating. He even put water in a vintage cocktail shaker to make sure it wouldn't leak. There is something for everyone and not something you will find just anywhere. He requests that you don't take photos in the shop as to protect the artisans and their work. Given the number of poor-quality knock-offs that appear on Amazon and elsewhere, I appreciate that. Want to see what they have, their IG is pretty good. Definitely a great escape from the city given all of the shops and cafés/restaurants that are open all year.”

“I walked into the store late Friday night and was helped picking a fabric by a wonderful employee named DJ. There wasn't enough of the fabric for what I needed but DJ and the manager searched the nearby stores but still hard to find. They then helped me to make an online purchase. Thanks Joanne for hiring helpful people!”

“I was exploring Mount Kisco after my pottery painting and found this cute place. I ended up purchasing a stoneware mug with tea pouch pocket and gourmet hot chocolate powder. I love that they stock Thymes Frasier Fir products and can't wait to return to this shop once I run out. Also saw some beautiful cashmere winter accessories. The shop keeper treated me kindly. Highly recommended!”
