My car's engine light came on and AML was able to fit me in that same afternoon. By the next afternoon, it was diagnosed and fixed plus I received info to avoid the same mishap again. All personnel there are polite, friendly and skilled. Even the drivers who brought me home and back again are the nicest guys. I believe there was an ownership change recently and AML is better than ever.

My husband called Mohegan Lake Audi to inquire about the orange 2025 Q3 on their website. He was put in contact with Billy Turbert. Billy worked with husband to get a great deal. There were no surprises, just good old fashioned negotiating which wound up being the better deal we got from other dealerships. We live in Long Island and we drove to Mohegan Lake. He went over every aspect of the car with us and was so friendly and informative. Billy was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end.

The work done was definitely good. But after I saw the cashier and paid my bill, I waited a very long time for my car to be brought up front. She had to call again for my car to be driven up front. It was raining very hard when it finally was delivered up to the front, but the driver parked it in the customer parking lot and told me to walk over to the lot to get my car. He didn't even say exactly where it was. So before I walked outside, in the pouring rain, with my umbrella in the car because it wasn't raining when I dropped it off that morning, I tried to locate it looking through the large pane windows. I was not happy about that aspect of Audi Mohegan Lake' service.

This is one Audi dealership where everyone is Friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. There are two Audi dealerships closer to my house, but this is the second time I’ve gone to Mohegan Lake for their professionalism.

Great Customer Service !!!! From start to finish no issues ! I was greeted properly entering the establishment everyone was courteous and professional. Steve my service advisor checked me in and was very informative, professional and transparent about any concerns I had with my car. Regina was very pleasant and professional and got me into my loaner. When I picked up my vehicle Jennifer was very couteuos and polite also while checking me out. I will definetly return for further services for my vehicle and recommend this location to other people. Thank You !

Easy and friendly process. Very professional staff. Recieved a text with a link for a video inspection of tires and brakes. Easy to use interactive Accept / Decline additional service. Could sign off for the additional service, rear brakes for me, and the work was completed promptly. Great job by the new owners and their team!

Terrific experience in service and sales so far. Prompt service, courteous staff and competent mechanics. Can’t ask for much more. Wayyyyyy more than I can say for Audi Hawthorne which was the complete opposite. Go the extra distance to Mohegan Lake and you won’t be disappointed.

Mohegan Lake Audi service was excellent and our mechanic tech Glen Arnold was very helpful and informative with his video as to what was going on with our car. Will definitely be using them in the future
