What is the point of making an appointment if you don't honor them??? I got here 10 mintues early with the understanding that there may be people in the middle of receiving customer service. I have now been waiting for 40 mintue. The store should be walk in only if you are not going to hold appointments. I should of checked the reviews first. Not my first time not being satisfied with the service in this store. I figured I would give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service that I've ever experienced. The staff are kind when you are a new customer but I came back with a service issue on my phone two weeks later and the manager (I wish I got her name) was unhelpful. She seemed annoyed that I was there, offered no resolution besides refering me somewhere else, and left in the middle of me talking to attend to someone else. Apparently, it is known that this corprate Verizon location is unhelpful and has issues. Defiently recommend going down the street to the Verizon store, infront of Shoprite, where I was helped in less than 15 mins and offered multiple solutions.

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional service stay away, they are only nice when you’re new customer. Made huge mistake and they won’t admit to it. Cost me $78 and 2 hours trips to the store, not to mention stress you encountered from unfriendly lady.

walked to talk about my wifes phone which we were told Is old and needs to be replaced then waited for over an hour to even talk to someone onlyb3 customers in the store everyone would be better off just buying online terrible experience

This place is understaffed. It's not designed to take anybody coming in as a walk in. If you don't have an appointment, don't waste your time coming to this verizon store, you'll be waiting, probably on an average thing, what's thirty minutes to an hour and a half. Even something as simple as returning a phone can take a long time, not worth the weight, go somewhere else

The salesperson who handled my iPhone upgrade was awful. She didn't listen to anything I said and contradicted herself repeatedly. It was extremely frustrating and I had to call the manager over for clarification numerous times. I didn't need a plan change or anything, just a long overdue device upgrade, which should have been so simple. Instead it was a stressful and exhausting experience. It also took twice as long as it should have because she decided to use some strange workaround instead of a phone-to-phone transfer (without explaining it to me!) and I only realized something was wrong when my entire text thread history was erased. She also treated me very rudely when I turned down various upgrades and accessories that I did not need or want. Extremely poor customer service.

Had an awesome experience upgrading to a s24 ultra with Ratu. Super easy, quick, and Ratu was incredibly knowledgeable. I enjoyed the experience so much that I dragged my technological illiterate father into the store the next day to upgrade hime to a iphone 15 pro max. Even the cases aren't egregious. Strongly recommend this store. Ask for Ratu if he's there.

Been to this store a few times for upgrades (I have three phones on my account for my family). Never had an issue and always treated respectfully. Wanted to give a special shout out to FRANCISO: Super knowledgeable, respectful, and customer service oriented. He saved me a lot of money on an upgrade and went out of his way to be helpful. Really appreciative and will continue to go to this store! TY!

Victor and Francisco helped me today while I was really going through it and needed immediate tech support for my elderly mom. They saw I was in distress and made sure to help me as quickly and efficiently as possible, explaining all options thoroughly, patiently, and with kindness. It was such a pleasant experience, and quite frankly one I've never had in a Verizon store before. I can't thank this team enough for helping me and making me laugh when the last thing I wanted to do was handle phone drama today. 10/10 would recommend this location!

12.18.23'Elijah" was professional and knowledgeable; my phone was no longer working and he helped me and my husband without pressure, pick out new phones; he looked thru our Verizon bill and actually lowered our bill to a more manageable cost per month.I recommend Verizon in Mohegan Lake NY because the quality of the staff is excellent and personable.
