Victor and Francisco helped me today while I was really going through it and needed immediate tech support for my elderly mom. They saw I was in distress and made sure to help me as quickly and efficiently as possible, explaining all options thoroughly, patiently, and with kindness. It was such a pleasant experience, and quite frankly one I've never had in a Verizon store before. I can't thank this team enough for helping me and making me laugh when the last thing I wanted to do was handle phone drama today. 10/10 would recommend this location!

12.18.23'Elijah" was professional and knowledgeable; my phone was no longer working and he helped me and my husband without pressure, pick out new phones; he looked thru our Verizon bill and actually lowered our bill to a more manageable cost per month.I recommend Verizon in Mohegan Lake NY because the quality of the staff is excellent and personable.

When I had to go in and cancel the account of a beloved family member who had passed, the employee who helped me was really understanding and helpful. His manager, I must say, was a thoughtless clod lacking in real sympathy especially regarding the end balance I had to pay off. But the employee who did the work was very decent and pleasant.

Would give zero stars if possible. Made it impossible to manage getting a new phone for someone on the account. Customer service after almost 45 min on the phone was equally useless....

I would strongly suggest to do upgrade over the phone with verizon and to avoid the store. They charge a 30 dollar fee to set up your phone. They quoted me 275.00 downpayment after trade in. When I called verizon directly they did everything and set up my new phone and all I paid was 100.00. They even waived the 35.00 upgrade fee.

Went to the store yesterday to upgrade 2 phones and add a line. I was immediately helped and didn’t have to wait. Larry was very helpful, broke the plans and cost down so it was easy to understand. Overall very positive experience, thanks!

I thought my Pixel3 had crashed and was prepared to buy a new phone. Well, a nice young lady named Madison knew exactly what was wrong with my phone and in 2 seconds she had "fixed" it. Kudos to her and her expertise!!

DO NOT BUY A PHONE FROM HERE. My parents bought 2 brand new phones yesterday online this was the pick up location and that they could go right away and the location would be prepared to set up the data transfer and for pick up. They quickly went over at 6 pm and there was a paper sign on the door apologizing for closing early at 5 pm. This was fine, my parents woke up early to go pick up their phones and when they arrived they were told they now needed an appointment to transfer the data and we’re provided 1 appointment time the following day, which my parents were not available for. They were then told confusing information regarding the fact that if they didn’t come before 3 days were up their purchase would be cancelled. For fear of this consequence, we took the phones and are heading to a different locations. The manager Victor was impatient and in a rush to move onto the next customer. He was of no help and left 3 20year + customers more than disgruntled and feeling less than hopeful that other Verizon locations will be more helpful. Heading to another location, wish us luck. If I could give a zero star for service I would.

Walked in, customers standing around waiting to be served. Another man left after 30 minutes of waiting and no one talking to him. Three employees sitting in corner not serving anyone. 3 servicing people but no sense of who goes next, no hello, no can we help you, no cue. No sense how they will determine who is next. Terrible organization and customer service.
