“What a great feeling to have when you can actually thrust some one to work on your personal car. A week ago, on my way to work, I had hit a deer in my insurance wasn't cover deer protection plan, and my car was really bad. I looked every where to get an estimate to get my car and every one was trying to hassle me on the prices, until I reached out to Finesse Auto Body Inc in Greenvwood Lake, I actually spoke to the president of the shop name Gerry, from the time I met this man to the time I drop my car there to get work on it was nothing but pure love, professional, detailing, welcoming feeling etc, they're helping me with a car rental for free while they were working on my car. I get courtesy text to make sure that the work was been etc... Wow...the Receptionist, Fine lady too may i say, she was very nice handle my paper works, explaining to me about the procedures and how long it will takes for them to finish the body work etc...
Within less than a week, they were done with everything, I get a call to come pick up my baby, Oh my God, I didn't recognized my Bimma anymore, it looks better than it was before, what a job they did on the car, they even went overboard fixing more stuffs without even charge me extra money, their prices was excellent as well, they worked with you, make sure everything are taking care of! Listen, I am telling ya, any body who want work to be done on their cars i highly recommend Finesse Auto Body Inc. They deserve a 10 stars. Great job guys, great teams and excellent communications skills, very professional and most of all very respectful.

“I recently rented a car for a long trip. My scheduled pickup was at 8:30 AM, but I arrived around 8:45 AM. There were three people ahead of me, and while they received their vehicles without issue, when it was finally my turn, they didn’t have the vehicle I had reserved available.

The staff offered to upgrade me to another vehicle, but it was less fuel-efficient, which wasn’t ideal for my plans. After about an hour and a half of waiting, they were able to provide a different vehicle that was much better on gas.

Despite the initial inconvenience, I appreciated the efforts of the staff. They went above and beyond, even checking on the status of the vehicle twice to minimize my wait. Additionally, they offered an additional discount due to the delay, which I really appreciated. Thank you Emily.

Overall, while the process was a bit rocky at first, their commitment to customer service made a positive difference.”
