“I had a wonderful experience with Pedro today! Unaware of their hours I arrived 20 minutes before closing. He was already helping a customer. By the time he was able to help me, it was minutes until closing. Knowing this he still willing offered to help and was incredibly patient, answered every single one of my questions, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him by staying late. He took his time making sure I was aware of the promotions offered and was genuinely kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days. He was absolutely wonderful and while I am not someone to typically write a review, I felt he should be recognized. Thank you Pedro. My phone broke the day before leaving for my trip and you saved the day!!!”
