Cell Phone Stores in Monroe, NY

“Cory and his team are some of the best wireless experts you could ever ask for.

I will admit Verizon is indeed a company that does cost a good amount, but the great thing about the company as well as this local store is that you're getting your money's worth, not only that but they explained everything and anything you need help on. They're very patient and willing to go the extra mile to do what needs to be done to get you the best phone service on the planet.”

“The absolute best Verizon store in the area ! Santana and Avery are terrific. They are always professional and very helpful. Every time I need to go I don't stress because I know they will always help !”

“I had a wonderful experience with Pedro today! Unaware of their hours I arrived 20 minutes before closing. He was already helping a customer. By the time he was able to help me, it was minutes until closing. Knowing this he still willing offered to help and was incredibly patient, answered every single one of my questions, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him by staying late. He took his time making sure I was aware of the promotions offered and was genuinely kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days. He was absolutely wonderful and while I am not someone to typically write a review, I felt he should be recognized. Thank you Pedro. My phone broke the day before leaving for my trip and you saved the day!!!”

“I wanted to share a wonderful experience I had at this location. I recently purchased a new line of service, and I was extremely impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the manager, Liz. Despite being faced with the challenge of multitasking and dealing with rude customers, Liz went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were fully met. She remained composed and focused, multitasking efficiently to handle multiple customers at the same time while maintaining her professionalism. Not only did she manage to complete my activation smoothly, but she also took the time to assist others and address their concerns with patience and knowledge. Her dedication, professionalism, and kindness truly stood out to me, and I deeply appreciate the effort she put into making sure everything was done correctly and efficiently. Thank you, Liz, for your time, expertise, and the excellent service you provided. Because of this experience, I would rate this store a perfect 10 stars in my opinion.”
