“Ember had a great experience for her first grooming. She loved her groomer from the start, giving lot's of kisses and came back looking fantastic. Everyone was so gentle and kind to her. We had a few terrible experiences with another local groomer where our dog(now passed), would come back smelling like pee and be severely dehydrated. They would never have her grooming finished but would make us pay the full amount. We never went back and we're so glad to have found Tuxedo Bark Club!”

“Sadly my visit today was to return my Betta Midnight Venom who passed away a little bit after I purchased him at a different store. Although I should put that location on blast for the bad conditions they have their Bettas in BUT that’s on a separate note. This review is about the great customer service experience I received at the Monroe, NY location. These girls were so attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable! They answered all my questions patiently and were just so pleasant. The fish tanks were meticulous! ALL OF THEM. All the fish looked happy to be alive. I left with a beautiful new Betta and a smile on my face. Ladies thank you for the great experience and for caring so much about all those little souls. Your hard work definitely has not gone unnoticed. You are truly the MVP’s there ♥”
