If I could, I wouldn’t even give them a star , As I paid for a express shipment , I was given time & date and a request was made to move my delivery that wasn’t issued by me , I called customer service stating what happened , They set me up with a new date for the next day & the same thing happen again as of right now, I don’t even know where is my Package , cause the status on their app seems to not be trustworthy p.s my package has been dispatching out for delivery from Montgomery, New York location both days , As a right now I’m still trying to find ways to reach the Montgomery location
I’ll be sure to leave another review if I ever get my package or not

Sick of fedex leaving my packages next door at the community center where there is nobody living and sick of delivery attempts failed!!! What kind of out fit do they run???? Packages come dirty and smell

Their drivers lie, they don’t deliver but make believe that the recipient refuse packages, that the facility is closed, the never rearmed by say they will. Horrible service.

I work from home, my desk is right by a window, and extremely close to my front door. NOONE entered the complex at the time my package said it was delivered. I walked outside, around the building, and there's absolutely nothing was there. I didn't even get a delivery photo!
But I learned that these employees will mark packages as delivered despite not getting to your home yet, so that their metrics look better.
I'm REALLY hoping that is the case despite how pathetic of a method that is. This place clearly has a terrible reputation and I wish I didnt have the displeasure of getting my package delivered from you guys.

This will be my first negative review. Multiple times when FedEx has shipped to my home, I have received packages late, because of “failed deliver attempt.” I have stayed home all day on the days FedEx notified me that my packages would arrive. Yet nobody ever shows up at the door.
Yesterday I was supposed to receive a package (that did not require a signature. Just leave at the entrance). The truck pulled into my driveway. Sat there for a minute or so, and then left. My package wasn’t delivered. There wasn’t even an attempt. It’s also recorded on my cameras as well. I called FedEx and they assured me the package would be delivered that day. I got a notification a half hour or so later stating my package would be delivered today because of a failed attempt to deliver it. This is ridiculous. I hope someone who works at this location sees this to try and get on their drivers’ cases. I have the decency not to post the info of the driver, but if the delivery doesn’t arrive today, I’ll have another review.

Having a time frame up to 8 pm for a drop off my husband stayed home from work as it is a signature required package. Driver shows up in our neighbors driveway. This is the picture that was taken of no one was home at the time of the delivery, as my husband was opening our front door, the driver zipped away already on a Main Street.
As we can see with cameras on our front door not 1 time did the driver exit his vehicle, this picture was taken at the rear of the same building we reside in from the neighboring driveway, with no door in sight. No ticket on our front door either. Calling the customer support immediately to have the driver reattempt the delivery I’m met with a man saying this cannot be done. I know for a fact it can as I work in the delivery industry. I had to get a supervisor on the phone who didn’t seem concerned with the subpar employees they have working for them. She did state the parcel would be reattempted today. This is outrageous how the drivers can lie and not even attempt to do their job and not be reprimanded. Do better

Literally fail to deliver my package on time every month from the Wine Library in New Jersey to my house in New York. Say they attempted each time when I’ve been home. This has happened at least 10 times. And it’s usually two “failed attempts”. Absolutely ridiculous.

Customer service is extremely poor. I was given incorrect information for a package pickup by 4 people over 3 days. The pickup window is excessively long (somewhere between the hours of 8am and 6pm?) Very inconsiderate.

My package is almost always delivered to the wrong address, I have called and this still happens. I spoke with the driver told them that my packages are delivered to the wrong address she said she would be sure it did not happen again and guess what happened again,

They consistently lie and say they tried to deliver when I have cameras and they don’t as much as have their truck pass by. Every time a package is delayed and multiple calls have to be made. Many times things were broken in transit. The worst location ever

Degenerate, lying employees. Especially your drivers. Today is the SECOND time a delivery driver input an attempt to deliver notice in the tracking update. The first time I saw him drive by and literally chased him down in my car to the next town over to rip my property off the truck. This time I WAS AT THE DOOR the time the delivery was supposedly attempted and im now on the hook for a $2k product I acquired to resale for a total of 2.5k that was time sensitive. First customer service lady confirmed there was no missed delivery tag info left at the door nor any call so she gave me the address of where the driver would be returning the package. Second CS rep refused to give me the number to the physical location and all attempts to reach the driver failed - 15 minutes after the supposed attempt so there's no way he wasn't still on duty. With that said, since no one with fedex wants to enforce any accountability to get me an explanation for this brazen dereliction of a paid duty, I'm voice transcribing this review as I make my way to pay them a visit at the return location.
