“I had Spyware that took over my phone. I had no clue and figured I'd drive 1/2 hour to get a professional involved since my phone is my lifeline. Edward took care of me and literally explained and showed me the steps to resolve if it should happen again. Within minutes he took care of it and it gave me relief!!! After that I asked why my phone bill increases since I've been a loyal customer sine 1992. He once again researched it and gave me an answer. He then upon my request did his thing and lowered it to what I have been previously paying. He addressed me by name and told me his name and position. I would consider Edward as a company asset and will definitely try and convince friends and family about my position experience...”

“I wanted to take the time to write a review on Jessica at the LIBERTY store she provided excellent service beyond my expectations. In the purchase of my new iPad she was fantastic. Even got my protective cover from Amazon all on her own. The last time I was there when she wasn’t there previous Management was very inefficient. I felt like they didn’t want to help me at the time, but she completely changed my view of the store, and I will be going back to Her continually I need any other items or anything else done. To give me an idea I went to a store in Pennsylvania before to get my other phone because I wasn’t getting the service I was looking for she like I said completely changed my mind and she’s done an excellent job and would recommend her to anybody.”
