“I have been bringing my cars to Randy, for several years now, with my mom and grandmother. I depended on my cars to transport them and take care of our appointments and travel to work. I lost my mom to an advanced misdiagnosed colon cancer. The hospital told us it was something else. Just an infection. I found out that all they had to do was just a colonoscopy to find out what was going on. She lived in a lot of abdominal pains for years. They were just doing x rays and ct scans. Now even though I lost both parents, a very devastating blow to my life, I feel strength in knowing that I have someone I can count on like Randy and the shop. They are a Godsend to people who have struggled in life. I am glad we know them.”

“Hit a piece of shrapnel on the road between New Berlin and Edmeston. I was able to coast in on the last 10lbs of air and Mike and the team were able to swap out the tire with a used one to get me home. I was thankful they were able to jam me in just before close. “My daughter goes to college in Oneonta. We live roughly 2.5 hours away. She was attempting to drive home for spring break and having truck trouble. We needed her truck to be towed home to bring to the local shop while she's home for the next week. After driving down to pick her up and waiting almost 5 hours for our roadside service through insurance to get a tow (only to get nowhere and hear the towing company didn't even have our info) I decided to call these guys. Josh is the best! Was on site picking up her truck within 20-30 minutes of me first calling him. And was also about $100 cheaper than roadside (with insurance paying for 50 miles!) Absolutely recommend!! Glad to know he's nearby, and extremely reasonably priced, if my daughter were to have any issues in the future! Thank you again SO MUCH for saving the day!!”
“Rented a U-Haul from here. we wanted an 18 footer but the website said they only had a 15 footer so we booked it. Got to the place & it turns out they had a 16 footer. Yay. the lady working on Saturday April 2nd was the nicest lady. She was very smiley & highly talkative & knowledgeable.”
“I have been extremely happy with all of the service and help I have received from Curt. Some months I think I talk w him 3 or 4 times. He is a Sunbeam purist and this man knows his stuff. More than that, he is willing to answer questions and take the extra time w you, when you are not sure the next steps to take. I called Curt this past Saturday 23rd, he had no power, snow storm hit that morning, he was tying to get his generator started. Literally was outside when I called. I told him I would call back another time and place an order. He said,”It’s no problem at all, the phone is the only thing that is working… it may not go out till tomorrow but what can I help you with?” My package arrived Monday the 25th in NC from NY. (I've known Dave for decades, and his work is always top notch).All kidding aside, this is the service center to bring your vehicle to. They are very fair, very friendly, and very knowledgeable (not necessarily in any particular order).If you want a personal experience with excellent results, you don't need to look any further.I would be equally comfortable bringing my 20 year old beater or my brand new daily driver here - I know that the service, recommendations, and attention to detail will be the same for either vehicle (tempered to that vehicle, of course - you're not going to hear about how a new suspension would greatly benefit your car that has one tire in the grave here).”

“On my way home from Elmira NY to Watervliet NY about a 3hr drive. My van broke down on a Sunday. By stroke of luck or a blessing from above I was able to make it to this garage that I Googled closest to me. I left a note with my key fab and prayed for the best. Monday morning I reach out. He tells me he's pretty busy today but will try his best to work it in. By the end ofbthe day he called me and diagnosed the problem. Finished up the very next morning by 10am. He was very thorough, and broke everything down for me. I was expecting a huge bill and ended up being less than what he originally quoted me. I was extremely happy with his customer service, timely work, and how thorough he was. I don't live in Morris but if I did, this garage would be where I took my vehicles. Thank you Morris Garage for squeezing me in and getting me omw!”

“Our vehicle overheated and we broke down while our son had a baseball tournament all weekend in Cooperstown. I originally had it towed to the dealer and they said they could fit me in 10 days later. I called another garage and they said 8. I called Lou's and he said he could squeeze me in that day or at most the next. I had the vehicle towed over and he stuck to his word. He was able to look at it and replace our water pump and brakes. The total bill was way lower than I expected and certainly much cheaper than the dealer. They also insisted on showing me the parts they replaced even though it wasn't necessary but a total trustworthy gesture. If I lived near here I would never go anywhere else. They were absolute life savers as we were also moving out of state the following weekend. So definitely consider them for your repairs!”
“In June 2026, we purchased a new Kona from Country Club Hyundai. We love the new car (SUV). Kassidy, our salesperson, was very helpful with the purchase and with all the questions I had about the new technology in this car and how it works.
