“The National Child Protection Task Force had the privilege of setting up a command center at this hotel for a Missing Child Rescue Operation in February, and we could not be more grateful for the work their team put in to making it a tremendous experience.

They went above and beyond to take care of our team and partners all week long. Their professionalism, flexibility, and genuine kindness made a demanding week run smoothly and allowed agencies to stay focused on the work that mattered most–locating missing kids.

I want to give special recognition to Pat, whose commitment to excellence truly stood out. She anticipated needs before we even had to ask, handled every challenge with grace, worked through complexities of protecting our confidentiality throughout the week, and made sure our team felt supported every step of the way. She is an absolute gem, and made our experience really special.

Because of the collaboration and support of this community—including the hotel and its incredible staff—43 missing children were located and provided meaningful support during the operation that week, and six more have been located since! That kind of impact takes an entire community working together, and this hotel played an important role in making that possible.

“Bedford Post Inn is a gem! My husband and I love going for a romantic dinner but have also brought our children and the staff is so wonderful and accommodating. The food and drinks are delicious. The service is always top notch - shout out to our server Christy who takes great care of us and is always with a smile. We recently were there celebrating a friend’s birthday and she overheard and sent out a mini cake for dessert. Will be going back again and again”

“Depending upon which day , will be the stars. This will be my third night here, I think I will probably sleep best tonight and I tried to call the front desk to thank he and the staff here about nobody wanted to answer. And this is not just one phone call . I've been trying to call for over an hour.. I didn't need nor want anything.. just thought I would appreciate the staff, but nope, nobody answers the phone... So, depending on which staff, it's 2-5 stars, location 5 (when the hill is only a sheet of ice) food , definitely a 5 ⭐, there are so many deliveries and pick up places that are 100,% best of NY... Enjoy your stay here as I have!!!”

“We had an amazing experience! The staff was exceptionally nice and caring. The food at the grill was delicious and plentiful. Lots of variety and tasty options. We ordered some spiked drinks at the bar and it was great. The room was clean and smelled fresh. There are beautiful walkways along the Hudson River with gorgeous views!
All in all we had a beautiful time and would definitely come again.”
