“The Hotel MTK and its staff are fantastic. We recently hosted three events during our wedding weekend - a welcome dinner for nearly 120 people, a make-up room for the bridal party the morning of the wedding, and a goodbye brunch - and Pam, the food and beverage manager, did an absolutely outstanding job managing every event. All the staff were so lovely, the spaces always looked beautiful, and both the food and energy were great the whole weekend! And the little touches - like decorating our make up room (picture attached) and giving us myself and the groom some treats the morning after the wedding - made the our stay all the more special.

Jess, the group sales manager, is excellent. Managing a room block of nearly 60 rooms - and constant calls from our family and friends, I’m sure - is no easy feat, but she handled everything with kindness and grace. Everyone’s stays went off virtually without a hitch that’s all due to her hard work! Finding a hotel to handle our group was not easy but Jess was up to the challenge and exceeded our expectations!

In short: Pam and Jess are fantastic. They have best attitudes and were always there for any question or request - I cannot recommend them and the Hotel MTK highly enough! Thank you for helping to make our wedding weekend magical. ?

Rooms: Jess and her team did a great job managing our giant wedding block and everyone’s accommodation requests!

Food and drinks: Excellent. Pam is the best and everyone loved hanging out by the bar after the wedding!

Noteworthy details: The staff are seriously phenomenal. Tip tier service for sure!”

“Bedford Post Inn is a gem! My husband and I love going for a romantic dinner but have also brought our children and the staff is so wonderful and accommodating. The food and drinks are delicious. The service is always top notch - shout out to our server Christy who takes great care of us and is always with a smile. We recently were there celebrating a friend’s birthday and she overheard and sent out a mini cake for dessert. Will be going back again and again”

“Depending upon which day , will be the stars. This will be my third night here, I think I will probably sleep best tonight and I tried to call the front desk to thank he and the staff here about nobody wanted to answer. And this is not just one phone call . I've been trying to call for over an hour.. I didn't need nor want anything.. just thought I would appreciate the staff, but nope, nobody answers the phone... So, depending on which staff, it's 2-5 stars, location 5 (when the hill is only a sheet of ice) food , definitely a 5 ⭐, there are so many deliveries and pick up places that are 100,% best of NY... Enjoy your stay here as I have!!!”

“We had an amazing experience! The staff was exceptionally nice and caring. The food at the grill was delicious and plentiful. Lots of variety and tasty options. We ordered some spiked drinks at the bar and it was great. The room was clean and smelled fresh. There are beautiful walkways along the Hudson River with gorgeous views!
All in all we had a beautiful time and would definitely come again.”
