“This has been one of the worst hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. The recurring billing problems and lack of accountability from management were not minor inconveniences, they were serious enough to raise concern. The pattern of financial inconsistencies creates the impression that revenue is prioritized over guest care. Future guests should be extremely diligent in reviewing every charge before and after checkout.”
“We had an amazing experience! The staff was exceptionally nice and caring. The food at the grill was delicious and plentiful. Lots of variety and tasty options. We ordered some spiked drinks at the bar and it was great. The room was clean and smelled fresh. There are beautiful walkways along the Hudson River with gorgeous views!
All in all we had a beautiful time and would definitely come again.”

“I had a wonderful experience at the Sheraton Tarrytown, especially thanks to Joshua. There was a frustrating glitch between Expedia and the hotel’s computer system that made it difficult to locate our reservation, which was stressful given that this was for my Mother’s Day plans with my mom. Even though it took some time to figure everything out, Joshua was incredibly patient, accommodating, and kind throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to help resolve the issue and made what could have been a stressful situation turn into a positive experience.
