“Those that are giving bad reviews to Anthony and the Croton Falls Post Office need a reality check. I guess you people in the 'burbs need a lot of hand holding. Go to NYC or even Yonkers post office and see what really poor service is about. People who think they shouldn't have to wait in line, need no appointment for a passport , cheat on the weight of the items they use a pre-paid label with or become consumed with someone's soup order need psychiatric care. Most of us hard working individuals have more to do with our time and value someone who is proficient, efficient and in my case open the PO on time!!! Get a grip people. Anthony is exceptional, conscientious and cares about his job. Need to clone this guy!!!”

“Katonah postmaster was terrific, I had an issue trying to forward a business address as we moved. Online service was not helpful and she walked me through it and within 10 days or so the business mail started to get delivered, she was patient and so helpful!”

“Latest closing hours in Westchester -7pm weekdays and 4pm Saturday. Many post offices aren't even open on Saturday in the city! The employees are very nice, caring and consistent faces over the last few years. I really appreciate them and the calm, positive vibe.”

I will continue to bring all my mail and packages to this location just based on the customer service alone”
“Looks like all of the 1-star reviews are regarding passports. Weekday afternoon the Asian gentleman George was perfectly delightful and pleasant with handling my prepaid mail. So all is well with normal postal business. I suppose go elsewhere for passport making.”

“Just had a Hanukkah miracle! We were missing a package and since it was Christmas everything was closed. I called the post office the next day and Kenisha was SOOO pleasant and patient! “I find the people that work the windows to be unfailingly polite, helpful and efficient. The USPS has been starved for funds for ages now so if you're unhappy with this post office, write your congressman and advocate for better funding - don't blame the people who do the best they can with outdated equipment, office space etc.”
“Our postal carrier, John, is awesome. He let us know that an Amazon package was mistakenly delivered to a different address. We would have never have found it without his help.
On the contrary, my wife had a poor experience in the actual post office. John more than makes up for that experience. 5 stars, thanks John!”
