The parking lot has plenty of spots, so getting in and out is stress-free. Inside, the staff is very helpful and welcoming, which makes banking here a smooth experience. The only drawback? There’s just one ATM, and I had to wait about 10 minutes while someone took their time depositing. Adding a second ATM would make this location perfect. “I recently visited this Chase branch for an in-lobby banking experience, and overall it was a solid visit. The staff was professional, courteous, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me. The branch itself was clean, organized, and had a calm atmosphere, which made the process smoother than expected. That said, I did run into a frustrating issue when trying to deposit a check that had my wife’s maiden name on it. Despite explaining the situation, they weren’t able to accommodate the deposit, which felt a bit rigid and inconvenient. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but some flexibility or clearer guidance would have gone a long way. All in all, the customer service was good and the experience was mostly positive, but situations like that keep it from being a full 5 stars.”
