The service was STELLAR, and almost seemed free if you consider the usual retail prices for silver.TLDR: They shortened a chain to my perfect length, made a bracelet from the spare links, and made a new bail for my pendant, making no fuss about any of it whatsoever throughout the whole process. And I can't emphasize enough how reasonable their prices are if you need any work done.Steve was beyond helpful. (I'm pretty sure Amanda) was lovely and helped me find the perfect chain, but it was way longer than I wanted. Not only did Steve shorten the chain for me, they are also turning the spare length into a bracelet! Steve even measured the chain on me to make sure that the length I wanted matched the length I asked for. On top of that, I have a pendant that's incredibly important that I wanted to put on one of their chains, but the bail was beaten to heck and way too small. They added a new, sturdy bail and attached it for me.All in all, two sterling silver chains, a bail, shortening a chain, and putting a rush on all of it only cost me a couple hundred. STELLAR service, beautiful people, and I intend to go there for ALL of my jewelry needs because of those two. (Not just to purchase, but also maintenance and miscellaneous work)”

“Just wanted to share a shopping experience and recommendation if your looking for Jewelry. I went into Jared near the mall. I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable in a store in my life. I was told there was nothing there to "meet my budget" and that I should think about "buying something else" for my MIL. I was treated like I had no business being in the store and they had no interest in me as soon as they found out I was not there to spend really big bucks. I left. We were going somewhere in St James and happened to see St James Jewelry Store. From the moment I entered I was treated professionally and everyone was friendly. I was shown a bunch of options in my budget and ultimately chose one. All while having a wonderful conversation with the staff. I truly felt like they was happy I was there shopping in there store. It was a warm and inviting experience. They even wrapped the gift I purchased. I would recommend them over any big box Jewelry store any day.”
