I told Josh I needed it by a certain time and he was beyond accommodating and made sure I had my car for work! Dan is always great every time we come in. My daughter and I go to Mavis for both our Jeeps for inspections, oil changes, tires and always get treated fairly. Really great staff, will continue to keep using! thank you guys!!”

One look at his immaculte shop and you just know you have taken your baby to the right place. Went there today for water leaking on the floor board. “I have been going here for quite a few years when I need tires, wheel alignment or a NYS inspection. They have always been friendly and the wheel alignment is always spot on. I haven't had any other mechanical work done, as I am a former mechanic myself, but I have no reason to believe they aren't competent. I am happy with services here.”

“I brought my Jeep in with a very severe death wobble and honestly expected to leave with a huge repair bill costing thousands. Instead, the team was honest, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue quickly by diagnosing it as a couple loose steering drag link bolts that just needed tightening. They also took care of an oil change, and my total bill was only $141. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop that is this trustworthy and doesn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs. My Jeep drives great now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend!!!”

“The gentleman at the front desk was exactly that. A gentleman. My car failed inspection down the block and I was being charged over $600 for two tires. I called this location, which was down the block from the initial shop I took my car to. He scheduled me with no problem and I was in and out in less than an hour. I was able to bring my car back to the original shop and pass inspection. He definitely does right by his customers and I really appreciated his level of communication throughout the entire process.”

“We were in NY for a sad family event and got a flat while we there. Thought we could stop by the shop on Nesconset to get a quick plug and be on our way but the tire damage was worse than we thought. Derby took the tire off the rim and showed us the problems.
We’d planned to buy new tires at the end of the year but decided to replace all 4 tires now instead of 2 now/ 2 then. Derby fit us in right away and made the day a little easier. It was a real nice surprise to see that they also put away the donut spare and all the road tools!
If we lived in the area we’d do all our tire shopping there!”
