“I had to drop off my Grand Cherokee for an oil change and had strict time restrictions due to me having to go into work as a nurse. I told Josh I needed it by a certain time and he was beyond accommodating and made sure I had my car for work! Dan is always great every time we come in. “I wanna just start off saying . This is the first time I been to this shop. I didn’t know what to expect. We Met The owner Dano he was very friendly knowledgeable and took the Time to listen and address my concerns on my daughters 2006 Ford taurus. To make a Long story short we pulled in with the car sounding like a motor Boat that’s how loud the car sounded . She had a massive vacuum leak due to the rotted flange pipe it fell off and was hanging from the exhaust. Dano didn’t take a second to hesitate. He had her car pulled in the shop and put it up on the lift and a couple minutes later he called us inside and literally explained the situation showed us. The problem explained how he’s gonna fix it explained to us this is the cost. $ he even had other cars lined up that he needed to finish. But said that he will start on her car immediately. And that’s what he did. And to be Honest! He really didn’t make anything off of this job . The total came out $220 Cash and his shop charges $150 an hour. I Believe he’s also a father and a family Man ! And saw a young Girl in need. 19 yrs old just graduated high school. And was in need of Help ! For her Car. So if you’re taking the Time of reading all of this . And if you are looking for a Honest mechanic shop no BS ! Then this is the place for you ! I recommend this Shop . Thank you Dano and your Team ! For putting a smile on my Daughters face ! She was so happy after we left your shop.”

“I had the pleasure of meeting Shawn from Henry's Automotive Center today, as I needed roadside assistance. He was very professional, kind, and helpful. I was upset about my car situation and he assured me that he would help in a timely manner and everything would be fine. He kept his word and made a stressful situation totally bearable.
First, he called ahead to problem-solve as quickly as possible avoiding the need for a tow truck which would have been a much longer wait, (and an impending storm approaching was adding to my stress).
...He told me when he would arrive at my location and what color and make of car he would be driving so I could identify him safely (a very smart, considerate, caring thing to do! )
He showed up, put my mind at ease by quickly evaluating the situation & went right to work, even cracked a couple of jokes as he worked to ease the tension for me in a crappy situation.
